We spent an absolutely delightful evening here! Everything was perfect...I recommend to make reservations and come hungry!

We dined at La Rapiere and were truly delighted. The dishes are modern, carefully crafted, and feature original pairings, making for an engaging experience from start to finish. Special praise goes to the service: friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. Definitely a restaurant we'll return to!

We had an incredible meal at La Rapiere. The service, food, wine, pacing was all excellent. This was the best meal we had during our 12 day trip. My wife is a vegetarian and they had quality options, we found that choices were limited in France. I made a reservation about 6 weeks prior. We spent a little over 2 hours at the restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my terrible French)

The staff were fantastic, the food excellent, definitely the best restaurant in Bayeux. The chocolate dessert is to die for.

Wow! What a wonderful evening spent at this charming restaurant. The choice is between two formule menus at €42 and €54, both of which were outstanding. In addition to the three courses, we were presented with canapés and a delicious amuse bouche. All three courses were fabulous, accompanied by a very nice bottle of Pinot Gris. All that for two, plus a cocktail each, came to under €150. Fabulous surroundings, vibe and wonderful service. Go. You will not be disappointed.

Really delicious food and exceptionally good service, we were 4 guys who took their 3 course menu with starter drink, and 2 bottles of wine. Came away with 3000 kr. Approx.

The reservation procedures and instructions on the restaurant's website might be a little disappointing… but it's a good reminder of the proper etiquette and respect everyone should observe in a restaurant. One thing is certain, though: the high standards and respect requested when you make a reservation are reflected in the same high standards and respect shown by the staff and management as soon as you arrive. You'll receive a warm, courteous, and friendly welcome. This same commitment to quality is evident in the attentive service and the food itself: passionate and exciting cuisine prepared by a chef who has truly mastered his craft. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the cooking is precise and perfect. In short, from the moment you arrive until the final bill, everything is done to ensure you have a wonderful time in a charming and intimate setting. And all of this is worth respecting the few rules requested when you make your reservation. Thank you.
