The highlight of the experience begins in the dining room, orchestrated by the owner, who single-handedly manages the service with rare elegance and absolute class. She conducts like a true maestro, with remarkable fluidity. As for the taste buds, it's a masterful, flawless experience. The John Dory fillet was simply divine, incredibly precise and delicate. A huge congratulations to the chef and his sous-chef! But what makes this moment truly magical and unique is the open kitchen. You can watch the chef and his sous-chef work in complete harmony, without a single word being spoken. It's magnificent to see: their Olympian calm is contagious and permeates the entire meal. A moment of pure bliss: the chef himself came out of the kitchen to serve us the main course.
