If you're looking for a restaurant where cuisine is elevated to a living art form, this is it. Here, everything is refined, thoughtfully designed, and executed to perfection. The highlight of the experience begins in the dining room, orchestrated by the owner, who single-handedly manages the service with rare elegance and absolute class. She conducts like a true maestro, with remarkable fluidity. As for the taste buds, it's a masterful, flawless experience. The John Dory fillet was simply divine, incredibly precise and delicate. A huge congratulations to the chef and his sous-chef! But what makes this moment truly magical and unique is the open kitchen. You can watch the chef and his sous-chef work in complete harmony, without a single word being spoken. It's magnificent to see: their Olympian calm is contagious and permeates the entire meal. A moment of pure bliss: the chef himself came out of the kitchen to serve us the main course. An exceptional restaurant where the food is as beautiful as the culinary ballet unfolding before our eyes. Thank you for this magical moment; we will be back!
