La Regence sur Thonon-Les-Bains

Fantastic time!! We went there with a friend without really knowing what to expect because it had been so long, and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered two cocktails; the price wasn't excessive considering the quality and quantity in the glass. We had the cocktail of the moment, "The Blue," which was really good, and the waitress, Mélanie, was absolutely lovely. A big thank you to her! We'll definitely be back.

I'm furious! The waiter was nonchalant and gave us terrible service: no water, no bread, no salt or pepper... we constantly had to ask for things, and he was clearly dissatisfied! On top of that, he overcharged me by €4 and didn't even give me a receipt! He rounded up the bill without asking. Customer service is a profession; he needs to find a new one and, moreover, learn to be polite and helpful.

Nice place but really not good, avoid it. The perch fillet was way too greasy, I was embarrassed. The waiters were too stressed, but it was cheap.

I come to La Régence every year and am always warmly welcomed. The terrace is very pleasant.

Excellent meal, we ate very well with beautifully presented dishes, and the price was very reasonable for lunch. The aperitif was very generous. Service was quick and efficient.

Nice bar/restaurant (daily lunch menu, crêpe snacks, sandwiches). We didn't try the food, but the other customers seemed satisfied. We had drinks; the service was impeccable and quick. The prices were more than reasonable. Plus, there's a lovely terrace in the pedestrian zone.
