At the top this little restaurant in the Alps. A 5/5 A starter, main course and dessert menu in the evening for 32 euros. Quality products. Plus great portions. For my part, I chose the egg as a starter followed by a lamb shank. All very good. Local red wine excellent value for money. Really great service. Discretion, efficiency and very friendly

A place that is much more than magical. Everything is in agreement. A warm and smiling welcome. A cocooning atmosphere A very attentive service. And exceptional dishes like those of a great starred chef. I say don't miss this little gem if you're in the area or not. Strongly but strongly recommended

30/03/2024: Exceptional stay! A big thank you to Alexandre and all the teams at the Couvent des Minimes who made this stay a wonderful time in Provence. A magnificent spa, great quality food, smiling staff and a place steeped in history. Nothing is left to chance, everything is perfect.
19/03/2024: Our visit to the Spa followed by a dinner at the restaurant will remain an unforgettable moment Everything was perfect, kindness and attention from the staff, the Spa is a delight for the eyes, the senses...you really recharge your batteries and...for the taste buds: the veal chop was up to par...
