Fantastic place Relaxing, peaceful, and restful Superb setting Highly competent staff

I had the opportunity to discover Le Couvent des Minimes during a dinner at its Michelin-starred restaurant, and the experience was remarkable. The setting is simply sublime, one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever visited. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Dinner was a truly delightful discovery, with refined cuisine that cleverly blends the influences of Burgundy and Provence. The flavor combinations were original and offered wonderful gastronomic discoveries. The only slight point to note: several dishes featured very pronounced flavors of anise, fennel, and tarragon. Those who appreciate these flavors will undoubtedly enjoy them, but it's best to have a taste for them to fully appreciate the menu. A truly wonderful experience in an exceptional setting, which I highly recommend.

Great experience overall! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The spa was good, although it could get a little crowded at times. A special thanks to the two receptionists (a lady with glasses and a young guy) who were incredibly helpful during my stay. I had difficulties finding a rental car, and they went above and beyond by calling several rental companies in the area to assist me. Their kindness and dedication made a huge difference and were truly appreciated. She even give my wife a happy birthday when we even didn't mention it. Which is a very nice way for welcoming your guest Breakfast was okay, the pool was beautiful, and the scenery around the property was simply perfect. The room service was also very quick and professional. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Couvent des Minimes. Special mention goes to the very welcoming and friendly staff, and to the spa, which is truly worth a visit! As the pool is heated, we were able to enjoy it fully as well!

We celebrated Valentine's Day at the Couvent des Minimes for one night. The weekend was flawless in every way: room, location, spa, massage, bar, restaurant... We left wanting to return! ** Superior Room with Terrace Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the place. It's 40 square meters with a 17-square-meter terrace that connects to the terrace of the neighboring room. The unobstructed view of the countryside is lovely. The bedding is very comfortable. The toilet is separate. The beige and light tones, the windows of the former convent, the sublime bathroom—everything is elegant and perfectly chosen. It's beautiful. ** The Common Area The hotel lobby is located in the former chapel, of which the walls and stained-glass windows remain. It's very pretty. The staff is incredibly attentive, from the valet to the receptionists. The tour of the premises is very interesting and full of historical details. The bar is nestled beneath a magnificent timber frame crafted by the Compagnons de France (a French guild of craftsmen). The former Stations of the Cross path has been transformed into a lovely tree-lined promenade. Everything is thoughtfully designed, elegant, and beautiful. ** The Spa L'Occitane en Provence It's fantastic and worth the trip alone! Spanning over 2,500 square meters, the sensory journey is delightful, featuring a heated indoor pool, various water jets, an ice cave, sensory showers, a beautiful hammam, and several saunas... Time flies! The massages are exceptionally high-quality. We thank Cécile and Annabelle. Our benchmark until now was the massage at Les Airelles Gordes, and the level at the Spa L'Occitane is at least comparable. ** Breakfast, Restaurant, and Bar The bar offers a menu of original signature cocktails that reflect the historical setting: the Lady of Mane, the Sisters... And they are perfectly executed. The head bartender is excellent, passionate, and incredibly friendly! Many thanks to Laurène and Tom for their well-deserved, boozy escape and their kindness. The Michelin-starred restaurant was closed, so we dined at Pamparigouste. It was very well prepared and delicious. The breakfast is varied. There's something for everyone. Several gourmet dishes are prepared by the kitchen. It's flawless, both sweet and savory. We spent two extremely pleasant days, so much so that we extended the enjoyment to lunch on Sunday. The staff is very professional and friendly. The premises are beautifully restored and stunning. We can't wait to return to this haven of peace! We absolutely loved this hotel. It is the most serene place we have probably ever stayed. The minimalist design is perfectly executed and expertly combined with unique details to create visual interest. It is really superbly done. The hotel grounds are magnificent and the spa was absolutely phenomenal. The breakfast selection was the best we have ever experienced, although I was disappointed with the eggs benedict I ordered, so I would suggest sticking to the breakfast buffet. We will be dreaming about this hotel for a long time to come!

Service - warm welcome with valet parking offered. Every staff person was attentive and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. I liked their attention to detail, even offering water upon checkout. Room and spa - the rooms convey a warm feeling, rustic and relaxing. You need to see for yourself, it was beauty everywhere. The access to the L'Occitane spa added to our relaxing feeling. I appreciated the complimentary access, the unique shower experience rooms, and grottoes. The hotel grounds was also relaxing itself, hearing the frogs croak while walking around at night was memorable. Location - it is several hours drive from the nearest airports, but it's easy to find complimentary parking, and town of Mane is just a few minutes drive away for more shopping, cafes and restaurants. I would love to return every year if I can!

We came for one night with our Rottweiler, and we had an extraordinary stay. The architecture, the friendliness of the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast were all wonderful. Thoughtful touches for everyone, even our dog. Being able to wander freely around the grounds, discovering the behind-the-scenes details of the renovations in the book, and the professionalism of the massage therapists—everything was in the details, a truly timeless experience. Thank you for everything; we will be back.
