The Couvent des Minimes is a true jewel of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Everything is done to invite calm and relaxation. Thanks again to all the teams for making this anniversary weekend a unique moment. Strong points - A place with a unique character / a very beautiful renovation which has kept the soul of the place - A superb estate which blends perfectly into nature - Thanks for the upgrade - A common area/room decoration with a real common thread. Soothing and chic! - Superb spa area - Availability and kindness of the team / All the services of a 5 star - A hearty breakfast Improvement points - When the outside is not accessible, the spa area quickly becomes overcrowded and is seriously lacking in deckchairs/place to relax - €16 per person extra for breakfast in the room / I have experienced 5-star hotels with service charges of only €5/€6 for the entire room - Some small accessories/services missing in the bathroom

Sublime, exceptional. Warm and perfect welcome. Incredible renovation. Nothing is left to chance, the decoration is perfect. The Restaurant and the breakfast are very good and plentiful..the Spa is very pleasant. In fact, no matter how hard you look, there is no false note. We come back and we already want to go back. Congratulations to the whole team. You are perfect in a perfect place.

We came for Valentine's Day and our stay was wonderful. The place is magnificent and relaxing, you can feel the positive vibes of the old convent. The personalized welcome puts you at ease instantly. The Meinado suite was magnificent, combining luxury and zenitude. The restaurant (bistro) was very good, the servers being very friendly and helpful. The spa is the highlight of this hotel, it is simply magnificent. Certainly the most beautiful in the region with that of “Terres Blanches”. Only positive things for this place to which we will return to rest.

We had an exceptional stay at the Couvent des Minimes. The renovation of the hotel is a real success, careful decoration with pretty materials. The spa is also sublime, the different spaces are of high quality. The breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice. We also had dinner at the hotel’s Pamparigouste restaurant. The meal was good but the prices were a little too high for the quality of the dishes served. We were very well received by all the staff, except for the restaurant manager who seemed exasperated to serve us. Overall, a successful first experience in this very beautiful establishment. We will come back without hesitation!

The massage with yasmine was divine I highly recommend it Very pleasant, smiling with fairy fingers, she was able to untie all the blocked points 😊

Magnificent hotel. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the return of our vehicle by the valet. Our superior room was located in the corner of the first floor and had a view of the pool and surrounding area. We appreciated its decoration, its comfort and its size. The bathroom was particularly large. The only downsides are that the 180 double bed is made up of 2 beds pushed together and in the absence of a mattress pad, the separation between the 2 mattresses is uncomfortable. Also, there is no general switch near the bed. Moreover, the design of the switches is perfectly suited to the decoration, but they may not be reliable over time. The breakfast is very varied and of perfect quality. We appreciated the suggestions. We took advantage of the electrically assisted bicycles, available free of charge for a maximum of 2 hours, to discover the surrounding area. Finally, I would like to end my comment by saluting the recruitment of all the staff, whose kindness and professionalism were flawless. Thank you very much for this wonderful weekend.
