This restaurant was recommended to us by a regular, and we were right to listen! A very friendly welcome, both from the gentleman in charge and the lady in the kitchen, a very good cook! An original menu; I recommend the egg meurette as a starter, it's delicious! And the vegetarian dish, I'm still salivating. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it!

Excellent food with very good traditional service, had a 2 course meal with wine and an aperitif and was fantastic. Good traditional French food in a atmospheric environment with an extremely friendly host, even put up with my terrible French! Highly recommended.

We ate here completely by chance, and luck worked out very well. Very professional service, excellent starter, main course, and dessert menu. Affordable prices. At a time when we're rightly seeing so many reports about declining quality and excessive prices, this is a welcome change.

29/11/2025: We go there for lunch before heading back to work. Quick service, good food, and reasonable prices. There's a set menu for €23. A good place near République, on Boulevard Victor Hugo.
28/11/2025: Everything was excellent: the atmosphere, the service, the food. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommended; it was a pleasant surprise.
