Our second dinner at L'Atlantide for our 29th wedding anniversary. An exceptional moment in the panoramic dining room: the flavors of the spring menu delighted us, perfectly complemented by the wine pairings! The service was impeccable, with small but incredibly thoughtful touches!

Asparagus amuse-bouche: very tasty, excellent. Asparagus starter: it was a little crunchy but lacked flavor. Crab flan: good. Sea bass: very good. Duck: perfectly cooked. Desserts: excellent. A lot of work went into it, but the portions were too small (sea bass and duck). Suggested wine: a good pairing.

The dishes are absolutely delicious, refined, and perfectly executed. It's a true journey through the heart of the Nantes region: each plate reflects the chef's background and highlights the work of our farmers and producers. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with every detail. A cuisine deeply rooted in its heritage, at once generous, original, and exquisitely refined. Congratulations also to the perfectly polished service. The same goes for the sommelier, as knowledgeable in her recommendations as she is warm in her welcome. An address I highly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure!
