The hotel is beautiful, and its restaurant is even more so... Under the leadership of Chef Jean-Yves Guého, it offers a refined gourmet experience with Michelin stars... With its panoramic location overlooking the Loire River and the city, it appeals to both food and view lovers. The refined examples of contemporary French cuisine and the seafood-focused tasting menus are excellent... A stylish, elegant hotel and restaurant with breathtaking river views.

It is a rare pleasure and a true delight to share lunch at this establishment. The refined, precise, and meticulously crafted cuisine presents elegant, exceptionally flavorful dishes cooked to perfection. Here, there are no "creations" served in extremely small portions, which are indeed little gems crafted by a chef who is more artist than cook. At Monsieur Gheno's, it's about haute cuisine focused on the customer's pleasure rather than flattering the creator and those who might boast of having frequented the place. The high-quality service is paradoxically more controlled and warm thanks to the younger members of the dining room staff, such as Valentin, than to the more experienced staff, who are perhaps a little weary of the routine. The wine list is remarkable, with reasonable prices for a Michelin-starred restaurant and considering the origin of the wines. If you want to experience a truly wonderful moment and savor exceptional cuisine, this is the perfect place.

This was our first experience at this magnificent place. The dishes truly showcased the ingredients. We would be delighted to return for further discoveries.

In short, a Michelin-starred restaurant with brasserie-style service! While the setting is magnificent, the welcome didn't live up to the standards of a Michelin-starred establishment. We were offered a drink outside, which we accepted, and then left in the blazing sun for almost 15 minutes before our order was taken. The positive points lie in the setting: an absolutely stunning urban view of the Loire River. The dishes are presented delicately and are very appealing. That said, even though they are good, more innovation would have been appreciated. We waited for the "wow" factor throughout the entire meal. A special mention goes to an exceptional chocolate dessert, although perhaps a touch too sweet. Despite this somewhat harsh review, L'Atlantide remains a Nantes institution that is well worth a visit.

Excellent time, as usual. This is our third time at Monsieur Guého's, and it's always such a pleasure. The cuisine is beautifully executed, with great technical skill and a subtle retro touch. A wonderful family meal, enhanced by the remarkable view that never gets old… ✨ A minor criticism, however, concerns the service, which could be more natural and attentive.

We discovered this place and its unobstructed view of Nantes Island, its warehouses, and especially the Loire River. A truly wonderful spot where the flavors are exceptional. Perhaps we missed a touch of originality in the flavor combinations, which we tended to recognize from previous recipes. Although, they were executed with delicacy and precision. I also recommend the cheese platter, where each cheese delighted us. We were, however, a little disappointed by the lack of information about the cheeses on the platter, beyond the milk they were made from. We had to choose based on our taste, which, for avid cheese lovers, was difficult. Finally, the desserts, while sumptuous, were a bit too generous, leaving us feeling overly full and with some difficulty digesting. Overall, a great place, which would benefit from a little more support, particularly regarding the choice of wines, to complete the service in line with the prices offered.

A Michelin-starred restaurant, and it's easy to see why. Excellent offerings from start to finish. A dish not ordered by one of the guests was graciously replaced with a cheese platter. Creations and imagination abound, pleasing both the palate and the eyes—everything came together perfectly. And a little taste of Brittany on the plate, too... Coffee was offered on the terrace at the end. The staff were charming, efficient, and discreet—true artistry. Thank you to my husband's colleagues for this retirement gift! 🙂

We had lunch at the restaurant – a fantastic menu – whether it was the sardine with aubergine – a great combination – or the pigeon breast – cooked to perfection – with the dessert as a worthy finale – apricot with rosemary and honey – truly excellent. Local wines were also available – it was a pleasure.

Very good restaurant, very quiet location, professional staff, the portions were a little small, but that's the case with all fine dining restaurants and I don't think my opinion will change that.
