La Renaissance sur Saint-Raphael

We booked on the spur of the moment. The €39 set menu offers a choice of fish and meat dishes and is excellent brasserie fare. We started with foie gras (excellent!) and enjoyed Marmite and braised beef as our main courses. The children's cod was cooked to perfection and was a lovely piece of fillet. For dessert, we were served cheese, ice cream, and a generous mango tartlet. The service was quick and attentive. Thank you so much! ❤️

Wonderful family moments, the staff is lovely and the meal excellent. A little rose for me and my daughter upon arrival from the manager was much appreciated 😍 I went without checking the reviews and honestly, the reviews are exaggerated... this establishment deserves many more stars... we will gladly return. This was our second visit, and honestly, if it weren't for tonight's little incident, I would have easily given it 10 stars if that were possible ⭐️ The restaurant is truly excellent: the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, the atmosphere is perfect, the air conditioning is a real bonus, and the service is absolutely impeccable. The waitresses are lovely, always smiling, and incredibly pleasant. No complaints there ❤️ Unfortunately, tonight I found a hair in my rice… 😕 I'm particularly sensitive to that sort of thing, and from that moment on, it was impossible for me to continue eating. Needless to say, I didn't end up eating much. I know that an incident can happen, even in a very good establishment, and I certainly don't want to define this restaurant by that, especially since our first experience was excellent. It is therefore with genuine regret that I add a slight reservation to this second visit. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service, the friendliness of the staff, or the fact that the food is truly excellent. I simply hope this was an isolated incident, because otherwise, this restaurant truly deserves all the stars ⭐️

Hello, we ate here as a couple in early July 2026. It wasn't a disaster, but we've experienced this restaurant with better quality and more professional service. There were very few customers that day, and the staff were not very attentive. The air conditioning was turned on around 12:30 pm with difficulty, as it wasn't working very well and probably needs servicing. Remember, the outside temperature was well over 30 degrees Celsius. The welcome rose won't make up for everything. The set menu looked good on paper... but the portion of the starter was very small: a steamed potato with a few pieces of herring, on a plate that was nonetheless decorated. Nothing special. But there was no mustard in the kitchen to accompany the andouillette sausage, which had very little sauce and no presentation. The dessert was decent: there seems to be a pastry chef in the kitchen staff. It's a shame, the season is starting slowly, the French have less money and are spending more wisely, you'll have to adapt quickly!!! A 50cl carafe of wine at 17 euros is a good markup and makes up for the set menus. All the same, a good rest of the day.

The food was very good. My wife's fish was just a little too cold. The service was impeccable. We were very warmly welcomed and shown to a lovely table with a sea view. The ambiance was very pleasant, with nice background music.

As is so often the case, it was a treat.

The price list is great... it's always good to have. But I've been to Paris, and the prices are only slightly comparable. The quality is good, we enjoyed it. Pleasant atmosphere with good service. Honestly, we'd go back, especially since they have other dishes.

We were a group of friends from different regions and had a very enjoyable experience. Not to mention the incredibly pleasant, friendly, and charming staff. We highly recommend it.

Went for lunch, they were super helpful at accommodating the baby, the food came quickly, was delicious and reasonably priced, great experience!
