Delicious food (souris d'agneau)! Super, super tender piece of lamb served with tasty, crispy fries. Madam and sir roll up their sleeves in the hall and the kitchen respectively. Their enthusiasm and friendliness rub off on their employees. We will definitely be back here next year, on our return from holiday. A complex pointless recommendation.

le restaurant se compose de plusieurs salles d une terrasse et d une cuisine ouverte les repas proposés sont simples mais savoureux et les assiettes sont bien garnies les tables ne sont pas serrées entre elles bref on peut passer une bonne soirée

Nous avons visité La Renaissance sous la recommandation d'un ami à Chablis. Velouté de champignons, Tartare de saumon pour commencer, suivi d'un fabuleux bœuf bourguignon. Bon vin. Service attentif et poli, par tous et bon rapport qualité-prix. Hautement recommandé. Merci!

16/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, inventive, with a beautiful presentation. Menu at €18 at lunchtime. Bavarian cucumber zucchini, monkfish skewer with candied lemon, compote on rhubarb jelly with homemade meringues. Perfectly crunchy vegetables, fish and top-notch sauce. Nice room. Clean toilets. Go there with your eyes closed.
01/08/2024: Absolutely stunning food. Lovely to our kids, great service, amazing cooking. Top wine recommendations. The beef was great; the veal and pork were extraordinary. Even better was the vegetable plate to start - straight from the market, all beautifully cooked and presented.
