Everything is excellent: the food, the service. A truly great restaurant; go without hesitation.

Lovely restaurant with good value for money. The dishes are slightly less refined than at some other Bib Gourmand restaurants. But the food is really tasty. The portions are large. Friendly restaurant!

Fantastic food, great wines, also per the glass, very friendly service. We were really impressed. Full recommendation. You should definitely visit.

Dinner at the first seating (7:30 pm) for 3 adults and 1 child (2.5 years old). My husband said, "It's very good." The portions are appropriate and the flavors are well-balanced without being overdone. I highly recommend this meal. One point for improvement: the welcome could be warmer.

The cuisine and ambiance were delightful. We discovered their lunch menu with the daily special: a zucchini and feta tart with a drizzle of mint-infused olive oil that subtly enhanced the dish. The beef tartare (very generous!) and homemade fries were also included, of course. The rosé from Provence was delicate and served chilled. A wonderful concept with excellent value for money. The flavors and quality are consistently outstanding… both at lunch and dinner!

La Risolle was recommended to us from a good friend of ours who is a chef in our home town in PA and wanted to make sure we fit it into our schedule. Reservations are recommended and we were able to schedule lunch and so glad we did. The atmosphere was wonderful, the service was top notch and the prix fixed four course meal was to die for! We highly recommend it and you won’t be sorry! The food is amazing!

As always, a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes and wonderful desserts. Everything is perfect, excellent value for money. And the wine selection is always perfect. And the icing on the cake: the air conditioning was perfectly adjusted. Thank you.

The service is nice, but would require less self-justification regarding the whys, wheres, and whens.

Elegant, generous, and delicious dishes. The service (provided by the chef's wife) was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and they surprised us by bringing our desserts adorned with small candles, accompanied by the chef himself, to wish us a happy wedding anniversary. We've had the pleasure of dining at La Rissole several times, and each visit is a true delight. The welcome is always incredibly warm. This couple who run the restaurant are passionate, attentive, and remarkably kind. You immediately feel at ease, like guests rather than just customers. On the plate, everything comes together: refined, subtle, and authentic cuisine. The flavors are perfectly balanced, without artifice, allowing fresh, seasonal produce, carefully selected from local producers, to shine. Each dish highlights the quality of the ingredients with a simplicity that is its very essence. It's always a true treat and a real pleasure to share this culinary experience with them. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return again.
