Yesterday, we went to the "Rose" for the first time in many years. I remember the restaurant from a time when it was simply a quaint village inn, where the consumption of the tarte flambée was documented with tally marks on the disposable tablecloth, which we always loved. In the meantime, the decor has been "upgraded," but as they say, there's no accounting for taste... :-).
The tarte flambée is still one of the best I know. It arrives oven-fresh, is generously topped, and tastes fantastic. The outdoor seating area in the courtyard is simple but functional, very quiet despite being right next to the road, and has ample sun protection, which is great. The service was very friendly, uncomplicated, and attentive. Seebach is definitely worth a visit for us, and we'll gladly return. Ralf T.
Excellent experience at this brasserie! The atmosphere is warm and very friendly.
The cordon bleu with fries was simply delicious: tender meat, perfectly crispy breading, and melted cheese inside 😍 The fries were golden brown to perfection.
You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the food is truly homemade. I highly recommend it.
Charming traditional restaurant.
The owner and staff are very welcoming and accommodating.
The food is excellent: local cuisine that's sure to please for lunch or dinner.
I highly recommend the superb tarte flambée, and my personal favorite: the homemade cordon bleu, a true delight.
We'll be back!

10/05/2026: A beautiful and good restaurant in a very pretty village
17/04/2026: Traditional Provençal cuisine: flavorful dishes with generous portions. Very professional service, with grilled fish carved and served plated. The fish soup and rouille were also excellent. A good selection of local wines. A friendly Mediterranean atmosphere. Reasonable prices with good value for money.
