Discovered this beautiful 1-star establishment last night. A warm welcome, minimalist yet authentic decor, attentive service with plenty of style and professionalism! As for the cuisine, a true explosion of flavors! Beautiful and delicious! I highly recommend it for an enchanting experience!

This hotel is truly exceptional. As someone who loves Burgundy wines, I feel so grateful that a place like this—located in Gevrey-Chambertin—has such a wonderful hotel and an equally magnificent restaurant under one roof. I especially want to thank Valentine, who welcomed us upon arrival. I can say without hesitation that he is one of the kindest, most thoughtful hotel staff members I have ever met. His wit, warmth, and heartfelt attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to him, we had one of the happiest days of our entire trip. When we return to Burgundy again, this will be the very first hotel we check for availability. We truly had a wonderful time here. We hope to see you again soon.

We celebrated our wedding dinner at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin's wine cellar, and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue is magnificent, intimate, and warm—exactly what we wanted to share this moment with our loved ones. A huge thank you to the entire team, both in the kitchen and the dining room, for their professionalism, kindness, and availability. The dishes were delicious, refined, and beautifully presented, and the service was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. We would also like to thank Rahman for his exemplary support before the wedding: the organization was seamless, reassuring, and a great help in ensuring everything ran smoothly. A high-quality lunch at La Table d'hôte. To start, the venue is magnificent, the service is excellent, and the food is exquisite! We've rarely found such good value for money.

We had Saturday lunch at Table d’Hôte and were impressed by the beautiful setting. The restaurant is stunning, from the architecture of the building to the tableware. There’s a lovely balance between rustic charm and sleek, modern elegance. We found the food to be very well prepared, beautifully presented, and focused on showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The amuse-bouche with goat cheese was delicious, even for someone like me who usually doesn't enjoy goat cheese. The fish course was perfectly executed. Unfortunately, the temperature of the dishes let the experience down. Most of the food arrived lukewarm. The pork fat in the main course turned cold before we could finish it, making it unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the pork flavor was quite intense, though I can see others appreciating it. The biggest letdown was the service. Aside from the sommelier (who did a great job with the wine pairing), no one seemed particularly engaged or interested in what they were doing. The overall experience felt cold and distant. No one was rude or unprofessional, but given the restaurant's reputation, we expected the service to feel more motivated and guest focused.
