La Rôtisserie du Chambertin sur Gevrey-Chambertin

We stayed one night at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin for a romantic stopover on our way to the ski resort and were absolutely not disappointed! The place is charming, tastefully decorated, and the staff is incredibly attentive. We loved the wine tasting with Bastien, who was very friendly, attentive, and offered excellent advice (and a special mention for the parsley ham, which is incredible). Finally, our dinner at the Table d’Hôte was fantastic from start to finish: refined, local, and surprising cuisine, with fabulous food and wine pairings. We will definitely be back!

Passing through for work, a pleasant setting amidst the vineyards. The waiter was very attentive; I'll definitely return. Homemade food, which is rare these days.

This hotel is truly exceptional. As someone who loves Burgundy wines, I feel so grateful that a place like this—located in Gevrey-Chambertin—has such a wonderful hotel and an equally magnificent restaurant under one roof. I especially want to thank Valentine, who welcomed us upon arrival. I can say without hesitation that he is one of the kindest, most thoughtful hotel staff members I have ever met. His wit, warmth, and heartfelt attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to him, we had one of the happiest days of our entire trip. When we return to Burgundy again, this will be the very first hotel we check for availability. We truly had a wonderful time here. We hope to see you again soon.

A high-quality lunch at La Table d'hôte. To start, the venue is magnificent, the service is excellent, and the food is exquisite! We've rarely found such good value for money.
