An absolutely remarkable experience. We had the pleasure of having lunch there, and everything was in place for an exceptional meal. The dishes were exquisitely refined, perfectly executed, showcasing high-quality ingredients with great skill and creativity. Each plate was a true delight, both visually and gastronomically. The service also deserves special mention: attentive, elegant, and perfectly paced, with a team that is both professional and welcoming, who know how to greet and assist their guests with great care. As for the setting, it is simply magnificent. The atmosphere is both refined and inviting, conducive to a relaxing and enjoyable meal around a beautiful table. A truly wonderful restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return to relive this experience.

We stayed one night at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin for a romantic stopover on our way to the ski resort and were absolutely not disappointed! The place is charming, tastefully decorated, and the staff is incredibly attentive. We loved the wine tasting with Bastien, who was very friendly, attentive, and offered excellent advice (and a special mention for the parsley ham, which is incredible). Finally, our dinner at the Table d’Hôte was fantastic from start to finish: refined, local, and surprising cuisine, with fabulous food and wine pairings. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is truly exceptional. As someone who loves Burgundy wines, I feel so grateful that a place like this—located in Gevrey-Chambertin—has such a wonderful hotel and an equally magnificent restaurant under one roof. I especially want to thank Valentine, who welcomed us upon arrival. I can say without hesitation that he is one of the kindest, most thoughtful hotel staff members I have ever met. His wit, warmth, and heartfelt attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to him, we had one of the happiest days of our entire trip. When we return to Burgundy again, this will be the very first hotel we check for availability. We truly had a wonderful time here. We hope to see you again soon.
