We tried the Michelin-starred restaurant for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. Immersed in the atmosphere of a barn, the dishes flowed seamlessly, with efficient, unpretentious service unlike what you sometimes find in other Michelin-starred restaurants. It was perfect. There's no set menu; it's offered for the entire table. The ingredients are high-quality and seasonal.

We had dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Overall, it was good. The cheese tartlet with ham they brought us as an entree was exquisite, the egg was very interesting and very good, the second course "brochet" was good; I expected a little more, then the asparagus and langostino (good, a little small and could have been a little more), but overall, a good dish. In my opinion, the trout was very good, well-cooked and beautifully served. The pork came in two courses; the first course was good, cubed, but it could have been a little more... the second course was much more interesting, with a piece of crispy bacon. In addition to the chef's menu, we also asked to try a cut of meat we saw in a fridge upon entering, and they kindly added it to the menu. Personally, the L sauce was very good; I would have served it on the side and not on top. The location is very beautiful, the staff is friendly, perhaps not always the most attentive; we often served ourselves water and wine. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect a little more. Overall, however, everything was quite good, with well-prepared and well-presented dishes.

I had the pleasure of eating at the “LA TABLE D'HÔTE” tonigth! As a chef that worked in kitchens all over europe i can say one thing: Mathieu and his team wont stay at one star for a long time! It was the best value for money i have ever had at a michelin star restaurant! Perfect service and food! Honestly one of the best meals i had in years! Thank u for this amazing evening!

A charming Burgundian house with limited parking. A pleasant welcome awaits at Lucien's bistro, with its rustic decor and uninspired traditional cuisine: the terrine and dessert were bland. A bit of a letdown compared to my previous experience. The wine was excellent, and the service was efficient yet discreet: a special mention for Nathan's thoughtful attention; we wish him a successful career.

An absolutely exceptional experience at La Rôtisserie du Chambertin 🌟 From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with remarkable care and kindness. As a vegetarian, I was a little apprehensive about the meal… but the entire team transformed that apprehension into genuine pleasure. Each dish was adapted with creativity and finesse, never giving the impression of a simple alternative, but rather of cuisine conceived and crafted specifically for me. A huge thank you to the sommelier, whose recommendations were as precise as they were passionate. The wine pairings were perfectly executed, adding an extra dimension to every bite. As for the sommelier/maître d'hôtel, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made this moment even more memorable. Impeccable service, delicate and inventive cuisine, and a team that went above and beyond: everything came together for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure!

Passing through the region, we stopped at La Brasserie, a magnificent establishment. You enter an inner courtyard and are immediately immersed in a decor that is both rustic and elegant (two aesthetics that ultimately blend beautifully) and truly captivating. Far from being disappointed, the service was top-notch, the waiters were smiling and attentive, and above all, the food, the combinations, and the vegetarian options were sublime. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food served! We will definitely be back 🌱

Excellent reception service. Excellent restaurant, though the wine a little overpriced. Food imaginative. Room good, but water, whether in the evening or morning, never more than warm. Took the edge of what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
