Located within the Trésoms estate, the rotunda boasts a remarkable view of Annecy Bay. The building and decor are noteworthy, with tables spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy. The service is excellent, efficient, and attentive, yet unpretentious—perfect. We enjoyed a nine-course tasting menu that presented a fusion of seafood and Savoyard ingredients. The flavors were sophisticated, varied, and often surprising. It's worth noting that for a tasting menu, the portions were quite generous. The pace of the meal was ideal, with no waiting between courses.
In conclusion, a remarkable experience that I highly recommend.

We had a gift certificate for a 9-course tasting menu.
It was an incredible evening of discovery and delightful surprises with every course. The chef himself was a pleasure to join us at our table to present one of his delicious dishes.
The waitresses and waiters were charming, attentive, and always smiling.
In short, a wonderful culinary experience.

My partner and I had an incredible culinary experience. The dishes are exquisite, creative, balanced, and there's a wonderful interplay of textures! It was our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and honestly, it was perfect...
The servers are very friendly, attentive, and provide us with all the necessary details about the dishes.
The panoramic view is incredible!
We chose the wine pairing, and it was perfect! Thank you to the sommelier for all the explanations about the wines and his passion, which we felt.
