Located within the Trésoms estate, the rotunda boasts a remarkable view of Annecy Bay. The building and decor are noteworthy, with tables spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy. The service is excellent, efficient, and attentive, yet unpretentious—perfect. We enjoyed a nine-course tasting menu that presented a fusion of seafood and Savoyard ingredients. The flavors were sophisticated, varied, and often surprising. It's worth noting that for a tasting menu, the portions were quite generous. The pace of the meal was ideal, with no waiting between courses. In conclusion, a remarkable experience that I highly recommend.

We had a gift certificate for a 9-course tasting menu. It was an incredible evening of discovery and delightful surprises with every course. The chef himself was a pleasure to join us at our table to present one of his delicious dishes. The waitresses and waiters were charming, attentive, and always smiling. In short, a wonderful culinary experience.

A very pleasant aperitif on the terrace, after a short wait for the staff to dry the chairs and tables. A perfect birthday meal with a touching touch from the catering team. A delightful moment of conversation. Many appreciated details! Bravo and congratulations!

My partner and I had an incredible culinary experience. The dishes are exquisite, creative, balanced, and there's a wonderful interplay of textures! It was our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and honestly, it was perfect... The servers are very friendly, attentive, and provide us with all the necessary details about the dishes. The panoramic view is incredible! We chose the wine pairing, and it was perfect! Thank you to the sommelier for all the explanations about the wines and his passion, which we felt. A big congratulations!

An exceptional culinary experience. Creative, gourmet, and perfectly mastered cuisine. The chef and his team's blend of Arcachon Bay and Savoie has a bright future ahead of it. A magnificent venue with probably one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Lake Annecy. Impeccable service with friendly and attentive waiters. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

01/09/2024: The welcome and the waitresses were great, the pizzas are served quickly and are really excellent despite the terrace being full of customers. The place is very lively and a little noisy (in their defense, we were next to a table of three parent-child families, and surprisingly it wasn't the children who made the most noise 😜) Small downside when paying, the waiter gave himself a tip of 7 euros without telling us anything, fortunately we noticed it, he didn't seem surprised (he tries as hard as he can I think, 7th this way 7th that way…) so be careful when cashing out. Apart from that, I recommend, very good place and very good food.
31/08/2024: While passing through Annecy, we came to eat in this restaurant one lunchtime. We were seated and took our order quickly, and offered something to drink before eating. The dishes are good, especially the lasagna! We were then offered desserts and/or coffee. Top service, pleasant and smiling waitress and waiter, thank you!
