A cuisine with meaning and values, connections between the different dishes like a story being told, a guiding thread of mystery and surprises to discover within the dishes, comforting and nostalgic fare. I never would have thought that mashed potatoes could evoke such emotion. How wonderful it is to rediscover the carefree spirit of childhood for a moment, with an adult mindset that allows you to savor every instant. A gentle intensity.

Located within the Trésoms estate, the rotunda boasts a remarkable view of Annecy Bay. The building and decor are noteworthy, with tables spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy. The service is excellent, efficient, and attentive, yet unpretentious—perfect. We enjoyed a nine-course tasting menu that presented a fusion of seafood and Savoyard ingredients. The flavors were sophisticated, varied, and often surprising. It's worth noting that for a tasting menu, the portions were quite generous. The pace of the meal was ideal, with no waiting between courses. In conclusion, a remarkable experience that I highly recommend.

The chef himself was a pleasure to join us at our table to present one of his delicious dishes. The waitresses and waiters were charming, attentive, and always smiling. In short, a wonderful culinary experience.
