The culinary experience at La Rotonde des Trésoms and its chef, Eric Prowalski, is incredible. Special mention goes to the pea dessert and the John Dory tagliatelle. The setting is magnificent with its view of Lake Annecy. We had a wonderful time, thanks in particular to the staff who are lovely and very professional!

Perfect cuisine, a discovery of flavors in every dish. Exceptional service, a truly delightful experience.

A huge thank you to the Chef, the sommelier Darenn, and the lovely young woman whose name I unfortunately didn't note, who pampered us for our 10th wedding anniversary! The menu was outstanding and the service impeccable; without a doubt, an establishment we highly recommend! ☺️😋

An unforgettable and exceptional moment!! A very professional and warm welcome, enhanced by a touch of good humor. We also had some exceptional encounters during dinner. We thank the chef for this journey between lake and ocean, a journey both in memories and in taste! Each bite is a surprise, like an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Something as “simple” as the mashed potatoes gave me goosebumps and even brought tears to my eyes. Pure, refined, deeply moving, thank you chef! Cuisine featuring the flavors of the southwest and Haute-Savoie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner last night at L’Atelier des Tresoms and had a wonderful time. The cuisine was refined, full of flavor, delicacy, and creativity. Each dish demonstrated true expertise and a constant pursuit of perfect balance. Chef Éric Prowalski’s signature style, already recognized at La Rotonde, is evident in his inspired, elegant, and generous cuisine. A huge congratulations to the entire team for the warm welcome and the quality of this beautiful gastronomic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and will definitely be back! 🍽️✨

Let's start with the ambiance. We found ourselves high up, overlooking Lake Annecy. We were there in early May, from almost 8 pm until 9:30 pm. We were able to admire the sunset while enjoying our meal. The setting was magnificent. Next, the service. It was exceptional. We had a small last-minute emergency; the staff were very understanding: they expedited the service of our dishes and ordered a taxi for us. Finally, the cuisine. The harmony of the dishes prepared by Chef Éric Prowalski and his team was sublime; the cuisine was as creative as it was balanced. A big thank you to the entire team for this experience; we will gladly return!

A huge thank you to Mr. Marin and the entire restaurant team for their flawless management and organization (for 12 people!) of this excellent meal from start to finish. The cuisine displayed perfect harmony and remarkable skill in handling colors, aromas, and flavor combinations, along with a magical expertise in cooking techniques that resulted in fantastic textures. This extraordinary gastronomic experience will remain an unforgettable memory for all of us.

I want to emphasize that coming to this gourmet restaurant isn't just about enjoying a magnificent meal; it's truly an experience immersed in the world of a chef who stands by his culinary choices and uses high-quality ingredients. Every element of the table setting is refined, with French tableware that enhances each dish, served by a very pleasant team, including Nathan. The staff is highly qualified and very friendly, and I was genuinely charmed by every single dish. I should also mention that the restaurant is located opposite Lake Annecy, and we dined with a magnificent view. During the course, the chef personally presented his creation, which made the moment truly special. Congratulations and a big thank you to the entire team.
