Superb place, charming old-fashioned decor. The draft beers are excellent. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the Loire. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Our Loire à Vélo cycling trip led us by chance to La Route du Sel. We received a very warm welcome, enjoyed simple cuisine, a charcuterie and cheese board, all made with quality products, and the homemade ice cream was delicious. We happily recommend this place.
