Hello 👋. My wife, son, and I stayed two nights at this family-run hotel with 28 rooms and a very nice restaurant, all managed by the daughter and her mother. They are very dedicated, as the rooms are spotless, and the bathrooms and toilets have been completely renovated. The breakfast is generous, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We will be back. Thank you.

Perfect, very nice room, good space, TV, kettle (coffee and tea), thoughtful touches, and a hairdryer (a nice extra). I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a bit outside the center of Gérardmer. We really like it; we're loyal customers. The breakfast is very nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. The rooms vary in quality, but we have our favorites.

30/10/2025: The decor and style don't exactly make you want to linger. Now that we've addressed that issue, we can move on. I had a fantastic raclette, but the service was really lacking in tact. They could do much better.

Restaurant Le Grand Cerf

05/06/2026: Impeccable, I recommend it. Quite a beautiful view and impeccable rooms!
31/05/2026: Stayed as part of a seminar with 30 other colleagues. For me, it was the first time I'd stayed in a 4-star hotel, and frankly, I had a fantastic stay. The charm of the interiors, the tranquility of the back garden with all its inviting spots to relax. Breakfast was superb, especially enjoyed on the terrace, and the other meals were excellent. The pool area was very nice. All the staff were so kind, especially the gentleman at reception with whom I joked about my room number throughout the entire stay. The room and bathroom were lovely. If I had one small complaint, it would be the lack of a tea and coffee tray. But that's really all I can say that's negative.
