The beef was absolutely perfectly cooked, meltingly tender! No need for a knife. The Gersoise pie was absolutely delicious. A first visit to this restaurant was a truly enjoyable experience.

Very pleasant place, we had 3 pizzas and a crazy salad, everything was delicious REAL HOMEMADE DESSERT not like some restaurants in Rethel... I highly recommend, thanks again to our little waitress

If we want to go to a restaurant in Rethel we don't have much choice... The tables located near the pizza kitchen are horrible, you find yourself glued to your neighbor with your arms against your body 😂 I had a laugh with my partner as we sat down. In short, the position is really uncomfortable. There is a waiter who is very strange, if we tell him that we are not having an aperitif, he replies that the glass will then be taken while eating (huh?). Several times I ordered a green salad to accompany my pizza, either I didn't have it, or I had it at the end of the meal... Likewise, sometimes it's very good, sometimes it's very AVERAGE. The quality is not constant, which means that I hardly go there anymore.

17/04/2026: I just ate there with my husband and daughters, and honestly, it was fantastic! The service was perfect, nothing to complain about, very friendly, the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. It's perfect!

As for the pasta carbonara, the dishes were served hot and fresh from the kitchen. If this was not to your liking, you should have let us know immediately: we would, of course, have responded promptly. Regarding the time of your reservation, we welcomed you at the end of service and never refused to serve you. This was in no way a complaint, but simply an organizational constraint. Finally, no compensation was offered since it was not accepted by you. We therefore regret this comment, which we consider particularly harsh given the circumstances, and remain committed to providing a respectful and professional welcome to each of our customers. I really appreciated the service, the quality of the food, and the honesty of the owners who found a piece of jewelry (a ring) that's dear to me and that I'd left in the restroom after washing my hands. Thank you for keeping it safe for me and returning it.
