Exceptional. Everything was perfect. The service with a dynamic and smiling waitress. Good, fresh homemade dishes and more than fair prices. Special mention for the Mac salamander hamburger and the carambar crème brûlée which is worth the detour 👏👏. We will gladly come back.

Very good time spent at La Salamandre. The Mac Salamander is super good and very filling. The Fish n’ chips are a treat. Very caring waitress. Super nice cook. Good atmosphere and lots of fun.

Very nice and fast service. A hoot that the waitress spoke broken Spanish. He made our lives easier by translating the menu for us! And quality-price pretty good!

Une belle visite de Najac et sa forteresse et un petit resto au top avec de la très bonne cuisine, servie en terrasse avec vue sur la forteresse et à un prix très correct. À refaire et je recommande sans hésiter.

29/03/2024: After walking around the town, we went to this excellent restaurant. The service has been very attentive and friendly. The food was very delicious and we tried the aligot, a real calorie bomb, but it was delicious. Very correct quality-price ratio. I recommend this restaurant.

28/08/2023: Restaurant ideally located on the banks of the Aveyron with a view of the Najac castle. It is a haven of peace. Perfect welcome, impeccable service, copious and excellent food. In short, an ideal place, an enchanting setting: we highly recommend it!
