Good restaurant, very friendly and fast service! Be careful not to go on market day in Sarlat, as it gets very crowded and you might feel like you're being usurped to free up your table. Good menu! And friendly staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery in Sarlat! We had a fantastic meal at La Salamandre. The welcome was very pleasant, warm, and friendly. The owner is truly wonderful, always smiling and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 😊 The foie gras was absolutely excellent, with a very generous portion. The cassoulet was incredible, and the duck breast was just as delicious! 😍 And what can we say about the dessert… the chestnut mousse was simply amazing, a real treat to end the meal on a high note. 🤤 Special mention also goes to the children's menu, which is very well presented and of high quality, which is really appreciated. All this at a price that is more than perfect! An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure. 👌
