A very good experience; La Saline is a welcoming place, Tiphaine provides excellent service, and everything on the plate is generous and made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this very pleasant place. A small suggestion: install a half-moon shaped curtain at the door to retain heat when customers come and go.

We were passing through the region and discovered an authentic place and above all we enjoyed the galettes. The staff were very helpful and smiling. I recommend this very friendly little restaurant.

Excellent crêperie! We had a lovely time enjoying delicious buckwheat and wheat crêpes, generously filled. A friendly welcome and a smile were included in the price 😉. Back in the beautiful town of Guérande, we'll definitely return to explore the menu further.

An excellent place! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service is attentive. The dishes are very well prepared and generous. We discovered La Saline by chance and we've been back because everything is perfect. Well done and thank you!

26/02/2026: A simple yet effective menu and setting. Very pleasant waiter. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. And if you want an incredible dessert, try the Dilane with flambéed Grand Marnier; it's worth the trip.
