Passing through Guérande, we had a wonderful culinary experience at La Saline crêperie. The galettes and crêpes were excellent, and the fish soup was superb. The service was very good, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Truly excellent; the owner and staff are very attentive to their customers. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery! This crêperie also serves as a restaurant. It's a real plus in Guérande, where many establishments are closed on Mondays. I had a delicious skate wing with rice. I had asked for fries instead of rice, but since the chef finished the plate with rice, he kindly offered me fries. My husband had a burger, which was also very good. A lovely place with Breton decor and ambient music. The waiter, who was very busy, was courteous, efficient, and quick. Well done to the whole team, and keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back!

We stopped at this restaurant because it seemed inviting, and it was. The two people serving were smiling and very pleasant.
However, the service was a bit disjointed for us. The mussels arrived a little too early, so we no longer needed the appetizers, which arrived later. And the beer didn't arrive at the same time as the other drink, but oh well, it was the weekend and the good atmosphere was contagious.
Personally, I loved the Paludière ice cream. The caramel and vanilla ice creams were very good and not too sweet.
