On vient tous les ans et on est toujours bien reçues chez Jean-Michel. La cuisine est excellente et faite maison. Malgré tout un très bon rapport qualité/prix ce qui est notable dans la station!

03/04/2024: The 1789 is one of our favourite restaurants, the food is fantastic. We always look forward to our visit and are never disappointed.
03/04/2024: Don't believe everything negative that you read! I love this place. Been coming here for years. I came for pierade and profiteroles with my son on a busy Sunday night in April. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, the waitresses were attentive and polite. I think the price is a good value reflection of the quality. Final word: you're in France, speak French. It might enhance your entire experience!

30/03/2024: Exceptional. Incredible welcome, top team. There is a great atmosphere from the first minutes. A regular at Val for decades, this is a great discovery that takes us away from other places that have become unfrequented...special mention for Dylan the Pastry Chef and his Easter dessert!
07/03/2024: Excellent mountain restaurant with the very friendly Alice who served us. Everything was perfect
