A new menu! That's great. Quick service! A nice little addition that's perfect for people like me who prefer cheese to dessert. Gorgonzola Pera, gorgonzola mousse, caramelized pears, basil biscuits. Finally, a cheese "dessert"! A great idea, just needs a little tweaking. The mousse is delicious, the biscuits are perhaps a bit too thick, making it a little heavy, and the pears, for me, aren't caramelized enough and lack a melt-in-your-mouth texture. But it's so nice to see this on a menu. Thank you!
