A huge thank you to him for this idea, which allowed us to enjoy a delicious meal and spend a wonderful time with people who truly embody conviviality and hospitality. 10/07/2026: We had such an incredible dinner here. The owner is so incredibly kind, and the formule complete was actually delicious. My partner and I had the duck and the beef, and wow it was just so good, especially for the price. Really recommend the formule complete with a carafe of wine (my partner who does not typically enjoy wine loved the rose!)

18/06/2026: I had a fantastic time at Bouf'Tard. The welcome was incredibly warm (I especially enjoyed chatting with the owner and the other guests), the location is perfect, the restaurant is excellent, and the beds are comfortable too. I would definitely go back!

27/05/2026: On a business trip to Vendôme, I met up with my colleagues at La Comédie and made a wonderful discovery. A brasserie just the way we like them. The welcome, the attentive staff, the smiles—it's all quite rare these days, so I thought I'd share it. When are you opening a similar one in Tours?

06/07/2026: We had a super delicious meal. I ordered something, but the lady said, "Are you sure you want to eat that? I don't think you'll like it." She was right; they were veal kidneys, and I'll pass on those. I then had a delicious tournedos—blissful. My husband had trout. We had a nice time and were lucky it wasn't busy, but that was also because it was Sunday and most places were closed. And we hadn't reserved, but we were already there at 12 o'clock. Dessert was also super tasty, and if you want a cheese platter, you won't know what to choose 😂
