A friendly and pleasant place. Birthday dinner halfway between Tours and St Amand. It's a shame the small note during the booking wasn't read. Otherwise, the staff were smiling and professional.

Very warm welcome, the pizza served was delicious and the ingredients were of high quality and in sufficient quantity.

The tables are too close together, there's no privacy.

We should have just allowed time to finish our aperitifs before serving the main courses... having both at the same time isn't ideal. Otherwise, our waitress was very pleasant. Thank you.

We came to dinner at La Scaleta and were unfortunately disappointed in several ways. Our kir was served warm, whereas it's normally served between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius. It was significantly warmer (more like 12 degrees), which wasn't very pleasant. When we pointed this out, the bartender was nonchalant, which we found particularly off-putting. The waitress, however, apologized on her behalf, even though she wasn't responsible in any way; we appreciated her professionalism. It's all the more disappointing because we had come the previous week for Valentine's Day, and the kir was perfectly chilled then. Such a lack of consideration for loyal customers, especially those in the industry, is regrettable. Aside from that, the food was decent.

Spent our evening on 14/02/ A wonderful time with children and grandchildren. The meal was very good, the staff pleasant, and congratulations to the chef for the birthday cake – a real treat! We will be back.

Good Italian cuisine, fragrant and generous portions. The pasta in particular is excellent. The only downside is the noisy dining room.
