Excellent!
Discovered by chance during our short stay in Vierzon.
The owner managed to find us a table even though his restaurant was packed. The welcome was impeccable, the pizza crust was thin and crispy, and the Terramissiou was to die for!
Special thanks to Yannick (our waiter this evening) for his good humor and wit... I highly recommend this place and this restaurant.

While visiting a friend in Vierzon, we had dinner on a Monday evening at La Scala, one of the few, if not the only, restaurants open that night. We received a warm welcome and the service was excellent. The dishes surprised me, with pizza dough that wasn't puffed up, making it less enjoyable to eat, according to another diner. I ordered a risotto, which was good, but the portion was a bit small for someone with a hearty appetite. One of the desserts was quite average, but the others were good. Overall, the meal was pleasant and the atmosphere calm, which is a welcome feature in restaurants these days.

It's rather dreary. The welcome could be warmer. I waited to be seated. The portion served wasn't very generous. The wine was overripe (at almost €7 a glass, it's not great...). And I waited so long to order my dessert that I ended up paying myself.
Next time, I'll go somewhere else!
