La Sou'pape sur Avignon

Durante la visita della città di Avignone, dopo aver letto numerose recensioni positive, abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo locale per pranzo. Ci siamo accomodati all'esterno lungo un vicolo del centro storico ed abbiamo ordinato un double bacon burger, una salade de poulet ed plat du jour che prevedeva hamburger e patatine, accompagnati da birra Francese. Tutto molto buono, servizio veloce, personale solare, simpatico, attento, gentile, preparato e che ti fa sentire accolto e coccolato. Ambiente molto carino e curato. Prezzi molto buoni. 🇫🇷🍗🍟🍔🥗🍻

We came twice, we were so won over the first time. A warm, friendly welcome from the owners and the waitress. We laughed together and that's a plus. The food is excellent, the flank steak is killer, and we don't even talk about the gazpacho. Finally a restaurant that is not a tourist trap ☺️ we recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time. THANKS Corinne and Didier

We only had a coffee and croissant 🥐 both good, kindness and courtesy of the super service 👍

We had to wait a little bit because all tables were taken, staff was super friendly and everything was served quickly including drinks & bottles of water. Food was really good, the kids had a burger (a point) and we had a chicken salad & plat du jour (linguine with courgette, tomatoes and pesto & some parmesan). As a dessert we had some of the popsicles which were really nice too. Thanks! There was a family waiting after us too with a dog, staff were so friendly to bring both the dog as the people some water since it was so hot =)

Great restaurant! From the gracious and kind welcome, to the gourmet and quality dishes! Very close and attentive to customers (both adults and toddlers) They have a real sense of business and catering, I recommend them with my eyes closed! Thanks again to you

Fantastic, incredibly friendly staff. Far too many restaurateurs forget that the welcome and attitude of the staff is 80% of customer satisfaction. We were welcomed with good humor despite the crazy crowds in Avignon (when we see that certain renowned restaurants are overwhelmed if more than 5 tables...) the waitress takes the time to detail the menu and compliments you on your swimsuit. French team and all while serving your coke with a smile on your face. Thank you for this charming moment, you are not the hyped gastronomic restaurant of the moment but you will survive the fashions because your dishes are good and what's more, you are friendly

Price/quality very good. Super friendly service. One star less for food/drink because the Leffe is indicated as 33 cl while I got a 25 cl bottle. As a Belgian, I didn't even know that Leffe bottles in 25cl bottles: a discovery 😉. No drama. Giving Heineken is a bigger drama 😄

We come from Aix en Provence, on vacation in Orange. We ate this lunch, excellent burger, excellent welcome and kind attention with the small glass of limoncello. We will come back to eat, probably a good salad. Mr and Mrs Vaudrion

We found this place on TA, and it did not disappoint. Perfect for a fun lunch after the tour of the papal palace. Huge portions. Burgers burgers or salads and salads were the only offerings and they did not disappoint. The owner was so enthusiastic and warm to us! Informal and small. Fresh and delicious.
