This place fully deserves its excellent reviews, not a big selection, but what there is, then it’s absolutely lovely food. I have never tasted such a good chicken salad before and the lady serving was excellent. Even the local dog who I let try some chicken had to be dragged away as he was waving for more. Delightful place and will visit when I come back to Avignon again.

We had a vegetarian burger, a classic burger, a pistoleros ice cream, and a panna cotta—everything was excellent! And the service? The lady was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We highly recommend it!

Such a nice place. A very welcoming service. We had the risotto with tuna and a chicken salad and it was very tasty with a very generous portion. Highly recommended for the local taste. Looking forward to coming here again!

It was on the recommendation of a shopkeeper that we found ourselves at this restaurant on the 9th. We received a very warm welcome from a charming, cheerful, and pleasant lady who presented the dishes with great humor. The daily special was generous and excellent. We had a wonderful time. And we highly recommend it because spending time at this table, beyond simply satisfying our hunger, gives us a real boost.

20/08/2026: Sorry, but very disappointed. I've been a regular customer for several years, but this time the meal was appalling. The Wiener schnitzel was as thin as a shoe sole, served at the same time as the starter. The service was mediocre, and to top it all off, no apologies despite our complaints. The bill came to €78 for two. It's a shame; you've lost one or more customers.

27/09/2026: Easily one of the best restaurants in Avignon. Elevates five star quality food at totally reasonable prices. Complete service and wine (one glass each) for under €100. The hostess is amazingly receptive, efficient and professional and handles all the responsibilities of service (except cooking) with ease and perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable without being pretentious. The menu offers three options of main-starter-dessert combinations; we tried the beetroot with goat cheese starter. Exceptionally smooth and delicious cheese. Beautiful plating worthy of any expensive big city French restaurant. Ditto on the mains. Exceptionally well sized portions of duck breast and pork medallions with amazing sauces, veggies and mashed to die for. And dessert was apple cheesecake with amazing crumble and smooth whipped texture. As good as dessert gets. Definitely our best meal in Provence and one of our best in our travels through France. Highly recommended.
