Excellent time! Everything is provided for a no-fuss culinary experience.

Simple yet effective cuisine, with decidedly good cold cuts and meat.

A place we stumbled upon completely by chance in Olmeto, and what a wonderful surprise! We arrived at La Source at a rather unusual time, just after picking up my daughter from summer camp where she'd barely eaten anything. We really needed to relax, enjoy a good meal, and find some comfort… and we ended up in exactly the right place. 🥰 The food was generous and authentic, with that taste of Corsican home cooking made with love, just like at a Corsican grandmother's house! I had the Corsican quenelles with brocciu cheese, which were absolutely delicious, and my daughter had a pizza that she devoured—it was such a joy to see! 🍕❤️ And the desserts… incredibly generous and indulgent! A delicious panna cotta with exotic fruits was the perfect ending to this wonderful meal. Special mention also goes to the exceptional service: so much kindness, attentiveness, and care; they truly pampered us from beginning to end. That evening, we were in particular need of a place like this, and we have very fond memories of it. Everything was perfect: the food, the portions, the welcome, and the service. A truly wonderful place in Olmeto that I highly recommend! 🌿✨

The food was delicious (steaks, pizza, and appetizer platter). The terrace offers a beautiful view of the valley. The service was friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal – we also ordered a white wine recommended by the server, which was inexpensive but very tasty. Highly recommended!

Beyond the exceptional view, the welcome was warm and friendly. The food was excellent and plentiful. The recommended daily special was truly delicious. The recommendations were helpful and worth following. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful terrace with a view of the valley, the charcuterie board was excellent. Wines well-priced and staff friendly, only the bread was not fresh.
