We also had a reservation through TheFork and had no problems. It's located in a much quieter area, but right in the city center, so the location is excellent. We arrived around noon, shortly after opening, and were lucky enough to find the restaurant practically empty. However, it filled up completely by lunchtime, which we completely understand after tasting the food. The service was excellent. The waiter was very friendly, attentive, and looked after us at all times. He even made sure we had water. The food was good: very traditional French dishes, high quality, and with generous portions. We ordered four courses, an appetizer, and two desserts to share, and we really enjoyed everything. It's worth noting that without TheFork discount, it would be a bit pricey, but the prices are within the normal range for Europe. We were very satisfied with both the food and the overall experience. Definitely a place we recommend and would return to.

We had dinner as a family (7 people) at this restaurant. We all ate very well. The brioche quenelle with lobster sauce, the andouillette sausage, and the bavette steak—all the dishes were delicious and generous. The service was very pleasant, with 80s music playing. I recommend it.

A typical restaurant with an old Lyon atmosphere, it's located in the alleys and is more intimate than those near the cathedral, with less street noise. There are fans and open windows to let the air circulate. The waiter was very friendly and spoke Italian. We ordered the tourist menu with typical dishes and loved it. The only downside was that dessert and coffee weren't included. Nice music. They're dog-friendly. I highly recommend it!

They were short-staffed, so the food service and ordering were a bit slow. Luckily, we went in as soon as they opened, so we saw the people who came later waiting frantically. The sapper apron was quite tasty; I didn't think it was fishy at all. The staff even reminded me that it was innards when I ordered, haha. The fish balls (?) were also good. But these two dishes were quite filling and a bit greasy towards the end, but overall, they were delicious!

A truly excellent dinner, a rustic restaurant in a fantastic location. We ate the gourmet menu for two, offering excellent local food. The waiter was excellent, always on point and very friendly, and even sang his songs to us between servings. At first, I was worried I'd find myself in a tourist trap, but I have to say the value for money is excellent. I'll be back!

A little late, but I'm sharing this very positive review. As a Lyonnaise, I wasn't quite ready to go to a traditional Lyonnais restaurant in the middle of summer, which is understandable! 🤗 But to please an expat friend, we went! A fantastic time, absolutely perfect, don't change a thing. I'll be back 😉

A wonderful discovery made by chance during a trip to Fourvière. We stopped in without any particular expectations and had a fantastic time. The welcome was warm, friendly, and genuine, without any fuss. The service was attentive and pleasant, with a real kindness that makes all the difference. The food is simple, fresh, generous, and delicious. No need for an endless menu when the ingredients are prepared so well. An address I happily recommend. And if you're visiting Fourvière, you'll appreciate this break even more before continuing your climb or descent. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience.

It was exceptional! Traditional Lyonnaise cuisine, perfectly executed, with very generous portions. The only slight drawback was the somewhat long preparation time (45-60 minutes), but other than that, it was fantastic!
