The restaurant is located in the city centre, easy to find, with convenient parking nearby. The interior is welcoming and warm.
We took the tasting menu and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. From the dried beetroot (which I usually don't like), to the pumpkin and miso velouté (not to mention everything else) it was exquisite and very balanced. The dishes are highly refined and use seasonal local products. The accompaniment of food and wine proposed by the sommelier was perfect. The service, as the owners of the restaurant are very kind and pay attention to their customers. If you pass by, this is a cuisine not to be missed.

One word: magnificent!
A culinary experience that will stay with me for a long time.
The chef offers us the most delicate dishes, with a search for flavors (umami) that delights the senses.
The sommelier and his wine offerings enhance everything.
