A top-notch restaurant where the chef elevates the dishes. The service and welcome are impeccable, provided by dedicated and highly professional staff. The dining room is tastefully decorated. We tried it as a couple and will gladly return.

We had a wonderful evening under the vaulted ceiling; the meal was exceptional. The langoustines were a delight, and the beef was simply perfect—high-quality ingredients and top-notch service. Thank you to the entire team; you are outstanding.

This is a super cozy restaurant with an excellent location in the center of Charleville-Mézières. We sat in the cellar, which was a very cozy and atmospheric setting. The food was delicious and, moreover, beautifully presented. We also received two small, free tasting dishes as a starter, and these were very tasty and surprising every time. Truly a little taste sensation! The apricot dessert is highly recommended. The different flavors complemented each other perfectly. Without a doubt, one of the best desserts I have ever eaten! If we lived in the neighborhood, we would certainly come back; unfortunately, that is not the case!

A discovery that will have consequences! Making gastronomy accessible to all means allowing everyone to discover flavors, to enhance the emotions evoked by exceptional products, and to remember that the cuisine offered by a chef like Éric Hubert is a skillful blend of tradition, innovation, and history. But it's also a path we must support because it leads to better health for both the individual (through choice and quality of products) and the environment (through respect for seasonal produce). A must-visit if you're in Charleville-Mézières! But perhaps I should say that this establishment justifies a trip to Charleville! Excellent restaurant. We started with a delicious aperitif and appetizers that set the tone for the rest of the meal. We opted for the cordon bleu and the daily meat special. Both were excellent; the meat melted in your mouth. The quality-to-price ratio is truly justified. Then we continued with a cheese plate and a tiramisu made with raspberries from Rethel. Honestly, you're eating local food in a lovely setting. The staff is welcoming and attentive. A truly wonderful place!

I went there for lunch today, it was very good, quality wine and very good service. I recommend it.
