We discovered this restaurant by ordering the signature six-course menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert; it was refined, original, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. A restaurant worth discovering! This menu deserves a Michelin star.

A superb four-course dinner at Balthazar. A classy and secluded setting, perfect for a dinner with friends. The wine pairings were flawless; some excellent bottles were offered. From a culinary perspective, it was a delight. Perhaps the asparagus was a touch too crisp, but the sea bream with beetroot and the hanger steak with cabbage were both absolutely delicious! We commend Ninno for her exemplary and warm service.

Nice place. Pleasant service. The food was very average considering the price. There's some effort put in, but perhaps too much, and it misses the point. I wouldn't go back.

After an afternoon of pure relaxation at the spa, ending the day at La Table du Balthazar was the perfect choice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! The cuisine is refined and creative, a true delight for the taste buds. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A top-notch experience that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the magnificent restaurant "Le Balthazar". The service was perfectly orchestrated by the charming young Nino. A huge BRAVO to him! He dazzled us with his excellent dishes. A truly grand and poetic gastronomic experience. The ingredients are delicious and of the highest quality. We highly recommend it.
