I rate my visit to this restaurant very highly. The interior is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Most importantly, due to my health condition, I have very specific dietary restrictions, which often make many restaurant menu items unavailable to me. The staff had absolutely no problem modifying a meal specifically to meet my needs, and I am very grateful for that, as I know this is not always standard practice. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would gladly visit again.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the atmosphere: elegant, calm, and intimate, perfect for couples seeking a special moment away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is designed to allow guests to fully enjoy their evening. The Chef's cuisine is simply exceptional. Each dish is a discovery, a journey of flavors where technique serves taste. The ingredients are enhanced with finesse and creativity, and one senses a genuine pursuit of excellence in each creation. The wine pairings also deserve special mention. Each wine offered perfectly complements the dish served, creating a remarkable harmony throughout the meal. If we had to pick a favorite, it would undoubtedly be the beef dish, absolutely magnificent. Perfectly cooked, with profound flavors and remarkable balance. A moment of pure indulgence. The desserts were the perfect ending to this experience, showcasing a masterful blend of flavors and textures. The final cocktail served with dessert was a delightful surprise—original, refined, and seamlessly integrated into the menu. We were also pleased to learn that the menu is updated every two months, which immediately makes us eager to return and discover the Chef's next creations. A truly memorable evening from beginning to end. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine dining, exquisite food and wine pairings, and exceptional moments. Very happy with the set menu, excellent service and food quality. Preparing was on point and presentation superb. Wine pairing was ok. Food was the star. Staff extremely accommodating with a few presented food allergies. AAAA++++

A fabulous discovery. We had the signature six-course menu. All the dishes were extraordinary, with wonderfully smooth flavors. Thank you to the staff, who were very welcoming, attentive, and provided perfect descriptions of the dishes. They took into account some dietary restrictions; in short, impeccable service. We had a very pleasant time and highly recommend this restaurant.

There was a bit of a wait upon arrival. Our table was in the center of the room, with a service area creating a lot of staff traffic. We were disappointed with the accompaniments offered with our aperitif: very basic crackers, green olives, and peanuts. We were satisfied with the main courses, from the amuse-bouche to the set menu. The presentation was simple, and the portions were small. The bread was excellent. The service was a little slow but pleasant. The wine list prices were exorbitant. The overall quality/quantity/service/price ratio did not convince us.

A very chic restaurant in Rennes offering original and sophisticated cuisine, but ultimately it didn't win us over. The food was still very good and beautifully presented. The service was commensurate with the establishment's high standard, and the wine selection was excellent. However, the long, narrow dining room wasn't particularly inviting, and in the end, we felt the price was a bit too high.

Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert; it was refined, original, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. A restaurant worth discovering! This menu deserves a Michelin star.
