La Table de Colette sur Paris

Without doubt one of the most creative and generous kitchens and chefs of his generation. Not coming to discover Colette’s Table would be a mistake.

Excellent, very good value for money, the setting is super pleasant, nothing to complain about! We will come back with pleasure 😋

Very beautiful place: impeccable service and surprising and succulent dishes

We took a 7 course menu. The surprise was the end of the meal and what a surprise. Bravo to the chef and his team The service is also top notch I recommend

We were happy to have a vegan meal in Paris. The wine was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. The food was not as good as I've had in comparable restaurants. I found the consistency of the dishes to be very mushy. It lacked variety in texture and needs a bit more creativity. But, overall, we had a very enjoyable evening.

We had a nice meal but maybe my expectations were too high. We got the 5 course vegetarian tasting menu. Service was excellent but lacked small details I'd expect at a fine dining restaurant, like spilling some wine on the table from pouring and not wiping it off before putting down the food plates. We were also not super impressed with the food. It was good but not memorable. The sweet potato soup was served room temperature. I have no idea if this was intentional but didn't seem like it. Each dish focused on one vegetable cooked different ways, but lacked depth in flavor and textures. Each dish felt very monotone with one flavor only. I was hoping the vegetables would be cooked in surprising ways that was more out of the box. Something that would make me say "wow, I didn't know a parsnip could taste like that" but that wasn't the case. Overall it was a nice dining experience but not something I'd recommend as "must go"

We opted for the wine accompaniment to the vegetarian 7-course menu. The service was very nice and accommodating - unfortunately the competent sommelier was probably off work around 10 p.m. and our wine accompaniment was simply forgotten. When we asked, we were given the last of the wine - but by then we had already eaten the last of the dessert. Even though we were compensated with a €5 discount and 2 cups of cappuccino - sorry, that's not possible!!! (with a total price of €300) The meal itself started very well, but there was little variety and unfortunately there were no spectacular taste experiences. Everything also went a bit quickly for our taste - there was hardly any time between the individual courses. The Michelin Guide has too many other suggestions in Paris, so we probably won't give 'La table de Colette' a second chance.
