A wonderful discovery this evening! Original and perfectly balanced flavors. The squid tentacle salad with orange and toasted rapeseed oil was a truly delightful find! The seared scallops, topped with chorizo ​​chips for a crunchy touch and a beetroot/butternut mousse, were equally delightful. The thinly sliced ​​Irish Angus flank steak, subtly seasoned with smoked mustard and paprika, was served with fragrant polenta. A refined, generous, and perfectly executed dish, accompanied by a Delmas red wine... what can I say... we loved it. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant located 5 minutes from the Florensac wine cellar... don't be fooled, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but we had a wonderful time there... friendly service and generous, excellent semi-gastronomic cuisine... thank you!

A very good experience! Organized a last-minute business meal with clients. Well, I wasn't disappointed at all, quite the opposite. Warm welcome, delicious tasting before the meal. We had the starter/main course, which was very good. I don't know if it's classified as a gourmet restaurant, but it could be. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back at the first opportunity!
