We have been a number of times during our recent holiday and we never get tired of the experience. We drive there looking forward to our meal and leave sometime later. I'm never disappointed, and we are looking forward to the next visit. Over the last ten years we have visited, the staff change but the service is always "top". The ambience is calm whilst buzzing, and the food is always well presented and excellent value

The lamb chop was a shame: there was hardly any meat in the poorly designed dish! Surprising for such a high-quality restaurant. The rest of the staff and the waiter, however, were excellent.

A magical moment with a couple of friends (a table of four in total). The spaces are designed for comfortable seating. The staff is always very pleasant and full of humor. The dishes are delicious and our taste buds revel in them. The drinks are excellent too. I highly recommend this place. Remember to book.

Everything was perfect. The "awakening of the senses" menu was truly excellent and original. The staff at reception and in the dining room were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend it. There was a bit of noise because the room is very large, but that's nothing compared to the overall quality.

18/09/2026: Hello, I celebrated my mother's 80th birthday at this restaurant, and I was absolutely delighted with everything: the organization, the decorations, the kindness of the staff, the meal—everything was perfect. Frankly, I've never seen anything like it in any other establishment. There's absolutely nothing to criticize; I don't regret my choice at all. A huge thank you again for all your thoughtful touches. Thank you. See you very soon.
16/09/2026: La Table de Florensac! It's impossible for us to visit the region without stopping by to enjoy some wonderful moments, whether for lunch or dinner. A true gem to discover without hesitation! From appetizer to dessert, everything is executed with remarkable precision and bold flavor combinations. Just yesterday, I ate rabbit saddle stuffed with fresh goat cheese from the Peyral farm, roasted with smoked bacon... what a feat of preparation behind these delicious morsels! These saddles are just a small sample of everything you can enjoy there, both visually and gastronomically. The welcome is incredibly warm, and you can taste the love for a job well done in every dish. A must-try restaurant in the region.

23/08/2026: Very good place, I recommend it, it's inexpensive.
04/08/2026: A customer for many years, my last visit was Friday evening. I'm always delighted with this peaceful place (the waterwheel in the background, the centuries-old pine trees, the soft lighting on the terrace), the welcoming service, and the excellent cuisine, all at very reasonable prices considering the quality of the ingredients (my son chose a fried egg, the meat was delicious 👌; I had a stuffed squid, which was generous and tasty). I highly recommend this restaurant; it's open weekdays for lunch, and for dinner only on Fridays and Saturdays. (Closed on Sundays).
