Frankly, I've never seen anything like it in any other establishment. There's absolutely nothing to criticize; I don't regret my choice at all. A huge thank you again for all your thoughtful touches. La Table de Florensac! It's impossible for us to visit the region without stopping by to enjoy some wonderful moments, whether for lunch or dinner. A true gem to discover without hesitation! From appetizer to dessert, everything is executed with remarkable precision and bold flavor combinations. Just yesterday, I ate rabbit saddle stuffed with fresh goat cheese from the Peyral farm, roasted with smoked bacon... what a feat of preparation behind these delicious morsels! These saddles are just a small sample of everything you can enjoy there, both visually and gastronomically. The welcome is incredibly warm, and you can taste the love for a job well done in every dish. A must-try restaurant in the region.

I used their services for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. I opted for a cold buffet. Mr. Balat and his team were very responsive. I wanted something high-quality, which was perfect since they only use local products. Everything is top-notch, and it's beautifully presented, which is also important. I highly recommend this establishment. Oh, and I almost forgot, it's very good value for money. You can go there with complete confidence.
