Merci à mon mari d’avoir eu cette idée de déjeuner chez le Chef PUTELAT, un bien beau et bon moment. Un accueil chaleureux et un service professionnel qui contribuent aussi à cet excellent déjeuner, tous les mets, depuis les mises en bouche de l’aperitif aux mignardises servies avec le café sont absolument délicieux. Le décor de la salle est superbe fort à mon goût raffinement et élégance, sans compter ce magnifique chariot de fromages si différemment original. Nous avons passé un délicieux moment je recommande vraiment cette table nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Christophe et Monique Toulouse.

The reception staff is very arrogant, the reception managers thought that we did not understand French and discussed our issue in a derogatory manner.
We received a refusal to all our questions and only after persistent requests a solution was found.
Also, they did not want to let us, hotel guests, onto the terrace, which the hotel shares with the restaurant. There was not a single person there, and we just wanted to seat in the fresh air before going to bed.
In the rooms only paid water in the minibar, there is not even a small complimentary bottle, considering that there are no shops near the hotel.
However, we liked the room itself

Following a gift from our children we had the opportunity to have lunch at Franck Putelat's table, it was a magical and unforgettable moment, a mixture of flavors and colors.
A delicious meal, very beautiful presentation, tasty and delicate dishes.
An exceptional table!
Professionalism and kindness of the staff.
We appreciated the arrival of the very approachable chef, a very friendly and warm little moment.
We also warmly thank all the teams in the dining room and in the kitchen.

A unique hotel boutique, with an exclusive Restaurant by chef Franck Putelat. We loved our stay here, plus the Carcassonne Medieval city is in a walking distance, although I recommend you park by the entrance, if you have a car.

Suite à un cadeau de nos enfants, nous avons eu l'occasion de dîner à" La table de franck Putelas " . Ce fût pour nous une première dans un restaurant étoilé, un accueil chaleureux , et surtout une succession de régal pour nous papilles , et une présentation exceptionnelle des différents plats. Une cuisine inventive et raffinée, avec des plats qui mêlent tradition et modernité. Situé au pied des remparts de la cité médiévale, dans un cadre élégant et contemporain. Un excellent moment inoubliable.
