If I have to express myself with stars to tick, it is not 5 out of 5, but 10 stars out of 5 that I will indicate. A relaxing setting, cuisine, dishes with delicate accompaniments of ideally chosen wines with impeccable service make this place an essential restaurant in Carcassonne and its entire region. What ignorance not to have come sooner. Personally and as announced, “Franck, see you on June 15th” for a special birthday.” Although, maybe I won't have the patience to wait until then 😉 I highly and unreservedly recommend.

During my visit to Le Parc Franck Putelat restaurant, I was absolutely enchanted by the culinary experience. Each dish was a masterpiece, combining innovation and tradition with remarkable finesse. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation of the plates was worthy of an art gallery. The service was impeccable and friendly with attentive and warm staff who knew how to make this experience even more pleasant. The elegant setting and garden view added a touch of magic. The sommelier perfectly selected the wines to accompany each dish. In short, an exceptional moment in an establishment which fully deserves its two Michelin stars. An essential address for all lovers of fine gastronomy.

Super romantic and luxurious hotel. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Thanks for the perfect stay to the entire team at Le Parc Franck Putelat. We'll definitely be back

Very caring staff. Land and sea cuisine, consistency in the menu, finesse in the presentation without falling into fuss. Shocks of salicornia in the dessert, pan-fried foie gras in bouillabaisse, 3 flavors per dish no more no less, simple to the eye, sublime in the mouth.

Everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. Great art on the table and in the bedroom. The pigeon cassoulet is a pure marvel. ^lus Franck Putelat invited us to visit the kitchen. Really go for it.

Un vrai voyage épicurien. Tous les plats sont une découverte agréablement surprenante La gentillesse et le professionnalisme des employés est aussi à souligné. Pas de faux pas Le cadre sobre et très classe. Le chef prend le temps de venir discuter longuement en fin de service. Je recommande vivement cette table. Mérite l étoile supplémentaire En ce qui nous concerne, à bientôt Mr Putelat

Service parfait. Belle découverte gastronomique qui nous a fait voyager. 1 grand bravo à toute l'équipe aussi bien en cuisine qu'en salle. Nous avons passés un excellent moment.

19/07/2024: We came on the recommendation of friends. It was a successful evening all around. Friendly staff, a nice atmosphere and dishes that left nothing to be desired in terms of appearance and taste.
16/07/2024: We came as a group of 5, 4 adults, a child first to enjoy a cassoulet but given the heat we chose other dishes such as sea bream, crispy quail legs or veal head. Everything was perfect. The cuisine is of course copious and refined, inventive and expressive. The wine that accompanied it Smiling and perfect service Thank you for this break at the foot of the city far from the crowds and close to the central Gambetta car park Thank you Marie for your hospitality We will come back

02/04/2024: Good choice! It was during our visit to the medieval city, we were looking for a quiet place and boy did it surprise us. Small place with little capacity, but very well prepared dishes and beautiful presentations, delicious flavors! It has a menu for 20 euros, with 2 choices for a starter, main course and dessert, water and bread, it does not include drinks. Highlight the attention on the part of the chef/waitress, since she alone remained in charge of the restaurant at all times and her good service is surprising. Highly recommended!
31/03/2024: A small and familiar place. Lola's attention was very good, always very attentive. The delicious food!
