We tried the new menu and have no regrets.
From the goat cheese tart (made with local products) to the 100% vegetable lasagna, and even the meat dishes on the menu, right through to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was pleasant and excellent.

We discovered this establishment yesterday, a well-established address in the Loue Valley. Overall, we enjoyed the experience: the service was pleasant and the dishes matched the menu description.
However, I noted two areas for improvement:
The food: It's a shame the fries weren't fresh or homemade. Furthermore, in the future, creating a more elaborate signature dish—a specialty found only at your restaurant—would really encourage us to return more often.
The comfort: We were there as a family and found it regrettable that smoking was permitted under the terrace during meals. As a smoker myself, I think it would be preferable to smoke at the front of the restaurant out of respect for other diners.
The dishes were still well-prepared. Best of luck to the whole team and thank you for the warm welcome!

On the terrace. A March lunchtime, with improbable weather :) Trout with cancoillotte cheese, rabbit in Vin Jaune sauce. Desserts: caramelized pear and French toast, ice cream sundae.
Note the daily set menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €17, which is very good quality.
The restaurant is on a dead-end street, so the terrace is very quiet. Sunny at lunchtime.
