Romantic meal... Trout with Vin Jaune sauce and a few zucchini... an excellent dish ...and to finish, a chocolate raspberry fondant, mmm! Delicious! I recommend this establishment for its cuisine and warm welcome.

We enjoyed our meal even though there was no pineapple on my wife's pizza, but then again, you don't put pineapple on pizza 😁. I found the price a bit high; I think they're taking advantage of the season. I still recommend it, though.

Delicious appetizers, beautifully presented on a platter—just reheat the hot food! And a buffet of meats, charcuterie, and salads, all very well presented with sauces and condiments; my guests helped themselves several times. An excellent cake with homemade sponge, a generous topping of fresh fruit, and tasteful decoration. I highly recommend this caterer and their professional and friendly team.

Superb restaurant in the heart of Ornans, with a stunning view of the Loue river. The staff are very friendly and pleasant, and the pizzas are generous.

25/04/2026: We tried the new menu and have no regrets. From the goat cheese tart (made with local products) to the 100% vegetable lasagna, and even the meat dishes on the menu, right through to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was pleasant and excellent.
19/04/2026: A very, very pleasant hotel. Everything is perfect, both the hotel and the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. I will be back ;-)
