We found this restaurant by chance one evening at the last minute.
There were four of us, including two dogs.
We were welcomed despite the late hour and our furry friends.
The food was delicious and plentiful.
I tried the crème brûlée with Vin Jaune. It was divine.
The service was excellent.
Thank you so much for welcoming us with such kindness. We'll definitely be back.

We received a very warm welcome despite arriving a little late at the restaurant with our dogs. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the food was delicious! We had a wonderful time, thank you again!

Passing through Ornans with my colleague, we were drawn to Le Chavot!
We weren't disappointed. The welcome was exceptional, and the food was delicious and generous!
Not to mention the view over the Loue River… We'll be back!

A truly delightful place. Lovely dining rooms. A stunning view of the Loue River (especially beautiful in the evening). Delicious dishes; you can taste the passion for quality. Friendly service and smiles from arrival to departure.

I just wanted to thank you for the warm welcome you give us every time we come to Ornans. It's always a real pleasure to eat at your restaurant. My children love it, and we're always greeted with such kindness.
The food is delicious, simple, and entirely homemade, and you can really taste the care you put into each dish. The atmosphere is warm and the whole team is friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I also greatly appreciate your attention to our dogs. In France, it's become rare for someone to spontaneously offer us a bowl of water, and your thoughtfulness truly makes a difference.
