La Table de Guy sur Bron

This was my second visit to this restaurant, a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises (a prestigious association!). The first time, I dined on the terrace... This time, I was seated inside, which was very well air-conditioned. The staff is efficient and very welcoming, offering excellent advice, particularly on wine selection. I was particularly impressed to find Condrieu and Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc served by the glass! The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. An amuse-bouche to start, followed by refined and delicious cuisine. I loved the fish tartare, followed by the duo of sea bass and John Dory. I had a truly wonderful time and would gladly return.

Special mention goes to the wine pairings, which are truly well thought out and make the experience even more enjoyable. The service is professional, warm, and attentive from start to finish. You can feel a genuine passion for gastronomy and hospitality. The atmosphere is convivial and elegant without being pretentious, which makes you want to return. An excellent choice for a romantic dinner, a business lunch, or simply to treat yourself to some excellent French cuisine.
