04/04/2024: Absolutely delicious dinner, excellent choice of wines and all that for an extremely affordable price! I couldn't believe the note. I recommend without hesitation. An incredible surprise!
27/03/2024: Refined and sophisticated cuisine. I have eaten several times and never been disappointed. Excellent advice and explanation for the wine to accompany these dishes. Very pleasant.

03/04/2024: A memorable lunch. The food is really good, everything is very fresh. The meat is delicious, I had beef which was delicious and my mother made me try the veal. I have never eaten such tender meat. The staff are really pleasant and don't make any fuss unlike other restaurants. I was hesitating between two desserts, I was given a plate with a small millefeuille and a small lemon tart, the desserts were extremely good. Just a question, I also really liked the bread, I was wondering if it was made on site...

05/04/2024: As much as the table service and servers are very helpful and very correct, I don't have the same to say about the cashier. I think that saying hello would already be a start of politeness when addressing someone who is your client. I came by paying part by restaurant ticket and part by credit card, the lady already told me not very kindly that the card only passes from 10€. I decide to pay the rest in cash but I realize that I didn't have them on me anymore so I had to pay by card despite the 10€ minimum. What was my surprise when this woman spoke to me really badly, almost even confused as if she were my mother.
I don't mind being wrong but I think that education is not part of her learning either and that business is not for her.

05/04/2024: The hotel is clean, the rooms are not exceptional.
But what saves this hotel, and really from the top, is a top team!
Helpful but not obsequious, friendly but very respectful, whether it is the reception, the service in the restaurant or even the chef (who always visits the room to see if everything is going well), everyone is motivated and it shows and feels. They get along very well with each other and it shows.
Truly a hotel I would happily return to!
27/03/2024: Warm welcome and very friendly staff but very dated and small room for the price.
The hotel is aging and the soundproofing is poor for this price level, I thought I was in a Formula 1 with the price of a Novotel........

10/12/2023: Help to escape where to start we came 3 families with quite a few children what can we say disgusting fries and empty Buffet dishes or reheated for 3 days not to mention that there is very little choice but more than very poor quality everyone has practically nothing to eat fortunately for us the cashier made a commercial gesture but I think it is time for the hygiene service to take a look because very bad in everything from the meal to the decoration it there are so many good places to eat in Lyon closing this restaurant would be good for everyone

29/03/2024: 20' to be served at the drive-thru (even though no one in front of us). Waiter mentions numerous orders to manage while restaurant is empty. Organization probably to be reviewed...
21/03/2024: Forgotten order, we tried again after 20 minutes of waiting but we were told that they no longer had it. So we waited 30 minutes for an order without any commercial gesture. Inadmissible.
