A superb discovery at the market. The daily special was generous and delicious: a wonderfully fresh salmon tartare. The homemade dessert, a Bavarian cream, was simply excellent. All accompanied by a very good glass of Chardonnay (Chablis) 😉. The owner is very friendly and helpful, even with a full terrace. The young waitresses are energetic, smiling, and very attentive. Thank you to the whole team for this very pleasant experience. 🙏

On Monday, May 25th, our group of 15 friends visited this charming restaurant in the center of the village of Lorgues. The welcome and hospitality were superb, the service attentive and impeccable under the supervision of the owner and chef, and the dishes revisited with Provençal cuisine were excellent, paired with very interesting local wines. The final bill was well below our expectations. Hats off!

The portions for the plat du jour are a manageable size. The cod with ratatouille was very good, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I would describe the wine prices of 9-11 euros per glass as rather "ambitious." However, the waiter is very knowledgeable about wines, and you can even taste a sip before ordering.

We discovered this restaurant in 2021.
We returned as a family.
The welcome was as warm as ever, and the service impeccable! The dishes were beautifully presented and refined in flavor, with a modern twist and a play on textures and emulsions. Another important point: they support local businesses. We even paid attention to the dessert. A place to discover and remember for future visits.
