We were there in the evening and were absolutely thrilled. The service was incredibly friendly. The dishes were completely unexpected. The three-course menu for €40 was outstanding. In our opinion, the value for money was excellent.

Excellent, refined, creative, and original cuisine, and impeccable service. The dining room isn't very large, but the restaurant is ideally located in the center of Bayonne.

Absolutely delicious, inventive, and beautiful, worthy of a 1-star restaurant. The local produce is expertly prepared; it's both beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant; I go there regularly and have never been disappointed.

Mediocre at best. This is a kitchen which has confused placing numerous elements on a plate with producing good cuisine. All the dishes we had were train wrecks of dits and dots of sauces and bits of this and that, seemingly unrelated and uninteresting. The white asparagus in one starter was lost in a sea of flotsam and jetsam of kitchen bits. To be fair, the special starter of bonita crudo did have the fish at least prominent on the plate but otherwise unengaging. However the main of yellow chicken was a glorified chicken finger, drowning in a maelstrom of mayonnaise, confits, curries and cheve. The merlou was vapid, served over stewed peppers allegedly with mussels . Service was decent; the dining room is loud and crowded. There are too many other good dining options in Bayonne to waste your time and money on this unfortunate destination.

The menu changes regularly, and you're always discovering new things. It's always very good. We've never been disappointed and have always received a warm welcome!
