A must-see during your stay in the southwest! Don't change a thing!

Everything was perfect from start to finish with this tasting menu! Excellent, truly friendly service! Exceptional cuisine! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Well done to the whole team!

Passing through Bayonne for the day, we were recommended La Table, so my partner and I booked a table for lunch during the week. We'll cherish the memory! The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star (special mention to the mustard and herb sorbets, as well as the jus that accompanied the crispy-on-the-outside, melt-in-your-mouth pork dish of the day), the service was impeccable, the location excellent, all for an incredibly low price considering the quality of the food (€32 per person for the set menu)! The only downside: the parasols let in a few drops of rain. We went inside for coffee, and after a few mishaps on my part and then on the part of a waiter (who very kindly made me another coffee), we were finally offered our coffees, our two glasses of wine, and two extra glasses of homemade patxaran. In short, it was a wonderful experience. I ate better there than in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and we were extremely well received and treated. A colleague I mentioned it to has fond memories of her Parisian restaurant, particularly its chocolate/peanut ganache dessert (still on the menu).

Everything is delicious – a must-try! There aren't many vegetarian options, but that's easily forgiven given the quality of the food.

Excellent 🤩. 5 stars, but if I could have, I would have given 10! The cuisine is incredibly flavorful, refined, beautifully presented, and full of surprises. High-quality, carefully selected ingredients. A superb culinary experience every time! We highly recommend it.

A bit disappointed. The roast pork with mashed potatoes and three "packets" of sauce were not great and far too rich for my taste. The fig tart with ice cream and toast, etc... the fig slice had a rather tough skin, and the ice cream was rather bland. At least it was refreshing, though. We were sweltering despite the woefully inadequate air conditioning.
