La Table de Pottoka sur Bayonne

We were treated to two meals at this restaurant by friends who knew the place. We thoroughly enjoyed them and had a wonderful time. The portions are generous, the food is original without being pretentious, the dishes are high-quality and beautifully presented, featuring local ingredients. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. The only slight drawback is that the outdoor tables are on the sidewalk, which is a shame as it somewhat diminishes the intimacy of a shared meal. A great find, good value for money. Don't hesitate!

For the second time, we dined at Sébastien Gravé's restaurant, and in short, thank you! It was wonderful. We'll be back!

The food is exceptional, but that's nothing new, haha. However, the servers are absolutely lovely! Right in the middle of the Bayonne festivities, they welcomed my grandmother, who uses a walker, like a queen! Good humor, respect, and so much kindness! Thank you to the whole team, you're amazing!

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and the service was attentive, professional, and discreet throughout the meal. The dishes were elegantly presented, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and executed with perfect skill. Each plate offered a beautiful balance of flavors and showcased the chef's artistry. The setting is refined, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the entire meal unfolded in excellent conditions. A truly wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend for a delicious and convivial dining experience. I will gladly return.

Fantastic restaurant! Everything was perfect, from the very professional yet relaxed welcome and service to the quality of the food. We had a wonderful time. Original, inventive, and precise cuisine. The portions were more than adequate; I was expecting smaller portions. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A typical meal at Sébastien Gravé's table. A slight disappointment: the lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) was beautifully presented. However, the Landes asparagus without a single asparagus tip was stingy and a failure. The veal came with a meager side dish (the broccoli florets seemed to have heads, I think), and the chocolate and peanut dessert was a real dud (chocolate cream with too many roasted peanuts and a layer of grated chocolate that weighed everything down). This is a €35 menu, where starters and desserts are chosen from the à la carte menu... The feeling is that things are changing here too, and not for the better!

We came for a wedding today. My brother showed us this wonderful place. Thank you for this discovery, from the appetizers to the dessert. 20/20! I can't believe it, better than the Hôtel du Palais.
