But where to start ? Everything is so perfect and I have been in the profession for 35 years. The staff is as professional as I have ever seen when it awakens the taste buds it is just impressive..no fat but only local products. We first start by asking you your allergies your tastes your preferences..
We had the tasting menu, all accompanied by a very good champagne.
We found our restaurant, we will come often given the choice

We don't regret stopping at this restaurant which doesn't look like much, the weather was nice which didn't spoil anything,
We chose the terrace, where we were served by very friendly staff, with cuisine to die for, I recommend it, if you are in Bayonne.

Dinner as a couple at Sébastien’s engraved cold shower results.
Lovers of French gastronomy who very often dine out….
From our point of view, Sébastien's restaurant was not up to par with the comments given this evening.
Amuse bouche very very salty, the juice reduction was also very, the braised ham the same good but very salty and the bill for the meal was also salty too bad, welcoming and respectful staff.
Delicious dessert but we won't come back.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! Lots of pace, they literally run, and always with a smile 😊. The dishes are delicious, very original and systematically explained by the servers. Absolutely worth testing

The 6-course menu is very successful! There is even the possibility for those who don't like cheese to have 2 desserts instead! You can specify your preferences before you start tasting!
