I came somewhat unprepared, as my husband took me there as a surprise, and I didn't expect everything to be so perfectly to my liking. The restaurant also takes the time to ask in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions. Options are offered for those who are lactose intolerant or don't eat meat, and these dishes are just as flavorful and well-prepared as the others. It's truly remarkable. The service is excellent: the staff is attentive, professional, and regularly checks on the table to ensure everything is going smoothly. This means there are no long waits between courses and maintains a very pleasant pace. We are definitely looking forward to returning. Before leaving the Basque Country, I wanted to try this restaurant, and it was a pleasant experience. The dishes are sophisticated and excellent. If I had to find something negative to say, I prefer my food hot, and my hake wasn't cooked to my liking. That was the only flaw in this meal.

A very good culinary experience, but the place felt a bit cold and the tables were a little too close together along the length of the building, with two tables right in front of the counter, making it feel a bit cramped. This is a shame considering the price. Also, could you please change the cutlery between courses? We're not in a shopping mall restaurant. The staff were very friendly.
