Very nice address!
The chef came to explain the dishes to us and advise us, with a good dose of good humor. He is very attentive.
There were 9 of us and we were able to taste a good part of the menu, from meat to fish to pasta. Each one was a delight. Octopus, truffle pasta, monkfish, etc. All at reasonable prices given the quality of the products and the preparations.
Friendly service. We happily recommend this address.

We had the pleasure of discovering La Table de Sabine in Calvi, and what a delight! The warm and friendly welcome, as well as the refined setting, immediately put us at ease. The service was impeccable! The dishes, succulent and expertly presented by the chef, left an unforgettable impression both in taste and visual terms. In addition, the sommelier was able to recommend a wine that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the heart of Corsican wine culture, a true asset of fine gastronomy. A big thank you for this exceptional dinner, which will remain among our best memories of Calvi!

Very good little restaurant at the port. Our server was very pleasant. Copious and very good dishes. Fresh fish presented. Good value for money. I recommend! 👌🏻

Everything was perfect! 5-star cuisine, service and atmosphere!
We tasted the gravlax salmon (with aioli and homemade squid ink mayonnaise!), beef tataki and vegetables, pollock fillet and vegetables and tiramisu! Everything was delicious and tasty. The team welcomes you warmly without insistence, it's perfect. I recommend!!

Agréable surprise, c’est un restaurant à découvrir sur Calvi . Le Personnel est accueillant , de bonne humeur et distingué , le cadre est très appréciable (restaurant sur le port , vue face à la mer et montagne ,juste derrière la citadelle de Calvi ) , décoration très raffinée , cuisine délicieuse .
Le service fut impeccable ,ça fait plaisir de voir des gens motivés à travailler et satisfaire le client . Nous avons été conquis !
Avec une telle qualité de savoir-faire et de service ne vous attendez pas à une petite note de fin €€€
La qualité se paye et c’est sans regrets . Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable moment

Emplacement privilégié sur le port, jolies tables , nappes blanches en tissu .
Bravo au chef italien, tout est frais et bon. Service sympathique quoique un peu long en fin de repas.
