Anyone looking for perfectly cooked fish in Calvi, fine dining with a fitting ambiance and impeccable service from the owner to the chef, absolutely must visit Sabine's. The appetizers are superb. For our main course, we ordered a sea bream baked in a salt crust, which wasn't on the menu, and the chef prepared it for us. He personally came to our table and informed us that it would take about 30 minutes to prepare. Sabine let us choose the fresh fish ourselves. The waiter provided impeccable service and gave us excellent wine recommendations. The desserts were equally perfect. The price-performance ratio is definitely justified. A perfect team and a restaurant right on the harbor with a beautiful view. Thank you for a perfect evening!

Initially, we were presented with a 2kg lobster for two people, priced at about €22 per 100g, meaning the lobster alone would have cost around €440. Put off by the price (and honestly, we didn’t think we could finish that much), we opted instead for a 1kg crayfish with pasta.The crayfish pasta was delicious, and the fish tartare starter was very good as well. Service was decent. The only drawback is the pricing, it does feel overpriced. We paid €290 in total for one starter, one shared main, and water.For comparison, we’ve had lobster pasta for around €70 in other restaurants in Calvi, so the difference is quite significant.

We ordered a fish baked in a salt crust, and although it wasn't on the menu, it was prepared for us. The fresh fish was shown to us beforehand, and its preparation was explained. The appetizers, the sea bream baked in salt crust, and the desserts were a culinary delight. The recommended white wine was excellent. The chef personally came to our table to inform us that the preparation would take some time. The owner, the waiter, and the chef and his team deserve our highest praise – anyone looking for a perfect evening at a fish restaurant in Calvi, where quality, taste, and excellent service are important, will be in excellent hands here. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to! Sabine and her husband are very welcoming, always smiling, and attentive to their customers' well-being. The waiter was very pleasant, with a smile on his face throughout the entire service, which was very attentive. 👌 We ordered lobster and sea bream, both cooked to perfection, with perfectly balanced seasoning and side dishes. The wine recommendation was also excellent, thank you! Everything was superb from start to finish! We will gladly return.

Excellent. The best fish restaurant in Calvi. The restaurant, with its elegant tablecloths, overlooks the port and offers a stunning view of the citadel. Professional and friendly service. A must-try.
