Wow! What an experience to visit and dine at Dan B. Our party of 5 (two couples and 1 child) recently enjoyed the tasting menu on our last night visiting the beautiful region of Provence. We were greeted by exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts who were very accommodating to our specific dietary needs (child, vegetarian, and I’m expecting). The tasting menu was phenomenal and expertly curated by the chef - who was so kind to greet us near the end of our meal. The views of the sunset are also breathtaking! We will cherish our memory of this dinner for many years to come!

Excellent! A very pleasant service led by charming and conscientious young women. Exceptional view and setting. Quality cuisine, well-deserved star. We would have even awarded a second one at the time of the langoustine, a marvel!! Thank you for adding that little touch for our first wedding anniversary!

Definitely, my favorite restaurant in the region.
I am updating my post on this restaurant, the last one dating from - already - 5 years ago although we have returned there a few times since that date. What can we say except that we continue with the best in terms of simple and sophisticated cuisine at the same time. Harmonious dishes, wonderfully prepared and balanced, local seasonal products and above all taste, taste, taste! Special mention for the parsley sorbet due - it seems - to the second chef who clearly follows in the footsteps of his mentor in terms of creativity.
"Wow" effect in the dishes and for those for whom it is not "wow" (you can't be surprised all the time!), they are simply impeccable (but without the surprise effect that characterizes Dan B .). This is what we expect from a restaurant of this level: We want to be surprised, to look at each other with the other guests, to have a "delighted from the crèche" smile when putting the first spoon or fork in the mouth and to taste this that we are offered. In short, a great moment of pleasure, an addition in relation to the establishment, neither reasonable nor too expensive, the right price for an experience of this quality. Well, I slacked a little on the drinks but it's my fault, I had misunderstood the price of the bottle of Meursault on the wine list, otherwise excellent on the way down but which is a bit of a sting in the wallet !
The month before, I had dined in another "starred" restaurant in the region near Gémenos (which I will not mention), so I was able to see the difference in universe between one whose dishes were certainly perfectly executed but without surprise and the other which shows a very beautiful inventiveness which we find on the plate.
Dan B. remains my favorite, I have never been disappointed with my experience and I am now impatiently awaiting the fall/winter menu to be able to taste the iceberg mushroom (or mushroom iceberg!) that I had the honor and the pleasure of discovering it in preview, as a test one could say, when the chef had just created it before putting it on the menu. (it also seems that the chef wants to make his iceberg with truffle, but shush!)
Looking forward to this winter!

Avec le beau temps, le cadre est magnifique. Avec une vue imprenable.
L’établissement propose quelques tables et ce n’est pas l’usine.
Mention spéciale pour le service. En effet, lorsque je suis venu, j’étais handicapé, et le personnel était adorable pour me faciliter ce moment.
J’ai opté pour le menu complet expression en 8 services .
Je pense qu’il y en a aimé le gaspacho de tomates et la glace fraîche .
Le poulpe et l’agneau étaient aussi très bons
Le vin que l’on nous a conseillé était tout à fait approprié au repas. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Les cocktails étaient bons, mais sans plus.
Nous avons passé un agréable moment.
Comme souvent, dans ce type d’établissement le chef est venu nous voir.
Concernant le parking, il vous faudra un petit peu marcher pour accéder jusqu’au restaurant. Détails auxquelles il faut penser lorsque vous ne pouvez pas marcher avec facilité.

L'endroit est magnifique, la vue magique.
Le service est présent sans être pesant.
La carte des vins est trop chère sur les vins d'entrée de gamme avec des coefficients supérieurs à 5.
Le menu dégustation porte bien son nom.
Le dessert n'est pas au niveau et les mignardises de fin de repas avaient dû attendre trop longtemps dehors car elles étaient impossibles à manger avec les doigts car trop imbibées et collées au plateau...
Très bien mais pas au top.
