A magnificent culinary experience at Dan B. The flavors are incredible. The service is impeccable, with explanations of the characteristics and/or origins of each ingredient with every dish. Nestled at the top of the village overlooking the Étang de Berre, the setting is well worth the trip.
While it's true the price is exorbitant, the experience is absolutely worth it.

We gave our 12-year-old granddaughter, who had dreamed of it for a long time, the gift of an experience at this establishment. We have appreciated the chef's cuisine and inventiveness for years. The only risk we took was that of being disappointed. Everything lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, original, and delicious. We saw our Eva so happy; her description of the meal, "Incredible," says it all... Thank you for this wonderful memory created with you. We hope to see you again soon.

A superb discovery and a magnificent place. The cuisine was perfect, refined, and healthy. Just a minor point: the wines/sommelier were a little disappointing.
