A fine selection of wines by the glass, with some wonderful discoveries perfectly matched and expertly recommended by the sommelier.
Be warned, this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the price reflects that, but what an unforgettable experience!!!

A perfect experience!
We had a wonderful time at Dan B's last night. The welcome was warm and friendly, without being intrusive. A special thank you for accommodating my dietary preferences! Dishes that will stay with us forever: the famous oyster with carrot (an explosion of flavor), the horseradish iceberg lettuce with its pea coulis, the cucumbers, the langoustine, and the exceptional pre-dessert! We discovered surprising and always perfectly balanced flavors and combinations. Not to mention the magnificent view. We will definitely be back, depending on the season.

An absolutely fantastic experience!
Unfortunately, despite having a reservation for my fiancée's birthday, we didn't get one of the coveted seats with a view, which made her very disappointed.
However, the food was simply divine. I've also rarely experienced such attentive service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

One of my favorite restaurants! The spoonful of fish soup is Dan B's signature dish, with exceptional precision in flavor! The rest of the meal is just as harmonious; an extra star would be well deserved!

This is the second year we've eaten at DanB for my mother's birthday, and it's been another success. The whole family really enjoyed it.
My partner and I were able to enjoy two vegetarian menus, which were excellent.
The atmosphere is quite relaxing. It's one of the only restaurants I've eaten at where I've truly felt completely at ease.

I came on a Sunday evening for my first Michelin-starred restaurant experience. There are only two set menus available on weekends, one at €135 and the other at €165. The €135 menu was described by the waiters as more substantial, and the service was excellent, thank you.
However, even though the dishes were good and sophisticated, I was a little disappointed with the experience. The view certainly adds something special, but the dishes didn't leave the strong impression I was expecting. We were also constantly being pressured to order extras, such as aperitifs, wine, caviar, or hot drinks.

Third visit to this restaurant, third memorable experience. The place is absolutely enchanting, the welcome warm. The dishes are delicious, original, and perfectly executed. If it were closer, we'd come more often, but it's definitely worth the trip.

We clearly came to the wrong place.
What's offered here is the complete opposite of what we like, but tastes are subjective: minimalist furniture and tableware, string, burlap, and pottery… it's a deliberate choice. However, certain fundamentals should remain non-negotiable in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
It was impossible to park properly, there was no welcome upon arrival, and we had to stand in an extremely noisy room before finally being served. Once seated, we found a tiny table, very uncomfortable chairs, and a rather disappointing view despite the pond, with factories and an industrial park in the foreground. We were finishing a week spent in several Michelin-starred establishments such as Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, Le Mas des Herbes Blanches, and Le Phébus & Spa, which offered truly spectacular views. Here, the comparison is unfortunately difficult to maintain.
Thirty minutes to get a glass of wine as an aperitif, two wines unavailable, and very confusing service where the "sommelier" also served the food while we refilled our own wine. Again, surprising for this category of establishment.
Only one unisex restroom with a wait, unheard of for us in this price range.
On the plate, a lot of concept and minimalism: raw veal and four very, very thin slices of steamed potato. You can sense the effort and passion, but in trying too hard to deconstruct traditional gastronomy, the experience ultimately lacks warmth, comfort, and simply enjoyment.
The website, as minimalist as the food, gives no hint of this very radical philosophy. A shame, because despite the obvious audacity of the cuisine, we left more tired than impressed. Just so you know, our favorite restaurants are Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, Le Taillevent, Louis XIII, and Guy Savoie in Paris, as well as the gardens of the Hôtel de Russie in Rome. Be warned, this is a wide range of tastes, so be prepared—I certainly wasn't.
