Located in the beautiful village of Ventabren, this restaurant offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Étang de Berre: the panorama is simply exceptional. As for the food, it's a truly memorable gastronomic experience with subtle flavors, beautifully showcasing fresh, local, and seasonal produce. The service is efficient and highly professional. A flawless experience from start to finish, a feast for both the eyes and the palate!

We had a wonderful time at Dan B, in a very pretty setting (both the dining room and the view) and a relaxing atmosphere. The highly creative cuisine aims to showcase the ingredients, and it succeeds. Quality and quantity are both excellent. The service is very efficient, attentive, and friendly; they take the time to explain everything without being intrusive, but they also frequently encourage you to order additional dishes. The whole experience lives up to its Michelin star. Well worth a visit to the charming village of Ventabren.

Magnificent setting, top-notch service, classy but not at all intrusive.
Your taste buds will discover exceptional flavors.
For me, it was a trip down memory lane with the taste of Grandma's roast beef, served with raw beef and peanuts... I was in heaven...
A fine selection of wines by the glass, with some wonderful discoveries perfectly matched and expertly recommended by the sommelier.
Be warned, this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the price reflects that, but what an unforgettable experience!!!

A perfect experience!
We had a wonderful time at Dan B's last night. The welcome was warm and friendly, without being intrusive. A special thank you for accommodating my dietary preferences! Dishes that will stay with us forever: the famous oyster with carrot (an explosion of flavor), the horseradish iceberg lettuce with its pea coulis, the cucumbers, the langoustine, and the exceptional pre-dessert! We discovered surprising and always perfectly balanced flavors and combinations. Not to mention the magnificent view. We will definitely be back, depending on the season.

An absolutely fantastic experience!
Unfortunately, despite having a reservation for my fiancée's birthday, we didn't get one of the coveted seats with a view, which made her very disappointed.
However, the food was simply divine. I've also rarely experienced such attentive service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
