What a sublime experience! It begins even before you step inside, as the restaurant is tucked away at the end of a charming little alley in Ventabren. Once inside, you're immediately captivated by the breathtaking view of the valley and the Étang de Berre in the distance. And then comes a parade of dishes, each more delicious than the last. Not a single false note. The flavors explode in your mouth, everything is perfectly balanced. Thank you, Chef, to you and your team for this journey into the world of haute cuisine.

An exceptional experience, from a culinary perspective, everything is harmonious and perfect down to the smallest detail. After several Michelin-starred experiences here, it's sublime. The sommelier is superb and very professional. I will return and will recommend this experience to my friends, even with my eyes closed. The value for money is impeccable. This is the second time I've returned while in the area. Everything is perfect. And I still manage to be surprised.

Another excellent time spent at this restaurant, which more than deserves its star (Michelin, when will you get the second one???): the team is charming, as one would expect with a chef like Mr. B., and the culinary journey is always magical... and if you pair your dishes with glasses of wine recommended by the head sommelier, then you'll be in seventh or even eighth heaven! A magnificent place; we dined while watching the sunset. The culinary offerings are very original, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A must-do!

The flavor combinations were very good. It's a shame the drinks are so expensive. We were offered an aperitif without being told the price, and the bill was painful: €29 for a glass of champagne and €20 for a cocktail of the day that wasn't great.

When something is truly excellent, it's worth mentioning. The ambiance, the service, and of course the cuisine, with its constant attention to detail in every dish, were all superb. A lovely wine list with affordable prices is a definite plus. We had a truly wonderful time (for those who get the reference). And the chef even takes the time to visit each table... a sign that he understands everything is important and that nothing is taken for granted. Bravo!
